The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon or completing short surveys about your opinion on brands or products that may be of interest to you. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to [email protected] and you’ll earn up to $10 per month towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn rewards each month for every survey you complete and if you turn on ad verification on your mobile device you'll receive more, relevant surveys each month based on the ads you see from Amazon. Ads from Amazon can include Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the Receipts or Surveys tabs, or by visiting Ad verification in the panel app's settings. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers who are 18 years of age or over and in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now.     I used to love this app, getting $10/month to scan my receipts but now you only get 10 cents per receipt and it’s just not worth all the scanning anymore

  • Fix the experience!!!

    Every time I open the app to scan a receipt it acts like I’m a new user and walks me thru several screens before I can just scan my receipts, despite having used it for YEARS. How is this hard to fix?!? It’s stupidly frustrating and wastes my time. What used to be a decent app has become abysmal. Focus on the customer experience!!

    It used to be $1 per receipt. Now, it’s 10 cents per receipt. It’s not worth collecting 20 receipts for example, for $2.

  • No Support Available

    App claims to offer support, which connects users by phone-only to Amazon general customer service. You’ll have to call multiple times before you reach an agent who has the option to support the app in their menu tree. Even they can only escalate a ticket. Scanning receipts often fails because the Amazon AI mistakes retail stores such as Total Wine & More as a restaurant, for which points aren’t awarded — and the AI continued to reject said receipts on appeal. The lack of support is unethical and violates Amazon’s own internal policies.

    The app used to be a great place to get a little extra spending money for Amazon but they’ve updated recently that you only get $0.10 for most of your receipts ($0.70 for some niche ones) and quite frankly, it’s not worth the time anymore to try to get any reasonable number of receipts. You used to get $1.00 for every receipt you sent in for a cap of ten (at $10) and that was great! Now you literally need 100 receipts to get to that cap. Never gonna happen. And the surveys, I get maybe 2 a month for like a quarter each. Wish they wouldn’t have changed so much.

  • Always got the lowest paying surveys

    I was a member for three years and was only sent surveys that paid ten to twenty-five cents. It felt like a waste of time!

    Title says it all. Used to be just upload receipts and get $10 in amazon rewards…now, it’s useless. Now about half the receipts I upload are new and valid, but the ai rejects it for various false reasons. It also will randomly reassign 70 cent categories into 10 cent ones with no legit explanations. Just struggling to make it worth the effort. Used to be $10 is $10, but now it’s closer to $4. That much effort isn’t worth it

    I used to be able to upload 10-12 receipts and get $10. Now I ca upload almost 30 receipts and get $3.00. Makes no sense. Also the receipt review process needs a lot of work. It miscategorizes things all the time and then just rejects them.

    You earn next you nothing and have to click through 6 screens every single time you open it just to take a picture of your receipt

  • Receipt Reviews Incorrect

    This used to be a great app. After they changed the amounts for receipts I frequently get 10 cents for a 70 cent receipt and I get denied a receipt as a duplicate even though the transaction number and times are different. Even after I request a review it is not corrected. Very frustrating.
