The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon or completing short surveys about your opinion on brands or products that may be of interest to you. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to [email protected] and you’ll earn up to $10 per month towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn rewards each month for every survey you complete and if you turn on ad verification on your mobile device you'll receive more, relevant surveys each month based on the ads you see from Amazon. Ads from Amazon can include Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the Receipts or Surveys tabs, or by visiting Ad verification in the panel app's settings. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now.     You earn next you nothing and have to click through 6 screens every single time you open it just to take a picture of your receipt

    This used to be a great app. After they changed the amounts for receipts I frequently get 10 cents for a 70 cent receipt and I get denied a receipt as a duplicate even though the transaction number and times are different. Even after I request a review it is not corrected. Very frustrating.

    I’ve been using this app since the beginning, but it has gotten constantly worse with time. They continue to decrease the amounts of cashback with some down to 10 cents when they used to be a dollar. Now the worst part is that every time I use the app I have to go through the same 4 intro screens hitting a button to go onto the next before actually getting to the app. Then when I try to take a picture of the receipt a fifth screen/button before I can actually take a picture. Why do I have to do this every time??? And the icing on the cake, it asks me all the time if I like the app. I say no, an then it asks if I want to contact customer service and I say Yes. App then does nothing. I’m only continuing to use the app right now because I have a child in college and that cost is just ridiculous so every penny counts even with this hassle. Surveys really are where I get most my cashback.

    We should still get $1 per receipt. No one shops at a shoe store or the equivalent every month in order to get the $0.70. WHAT. A. WASTE. NOW.

    I really used to like this and I understand that it’s way too easy to get a dollar per receipt for 10 receipts but making them $.10 each when the majority of stores are only $.10 is insane. I had to scan 80 receipts just to get $10. Most people don’t go to the $.70 stores all the time so there’s no way to get those and not have to scan 1 million receipts. I think they really need to go about this a different way especially after having it at a dollar per receipt and then drastically changing it. I’ve been using this since it was beta testing and really appreciated how easy it was to earn extra little side money for Amazon or a charity and now it’s just a nuisance.

    For the last two months l've had issues of receipts not crediting in the proper category, even after review. I had two Newegg online receipts that I submitted today. Both originally came back as 10 cents credit. I submitted both for review and one was approved for 70 cents, the other still remains at 10 cents. I have contacted support twice (last month and this month) and no one can help, nothing has changed. How can and when will this be fixed? When will there be a real support department that can actually help with this?

    I've had the app for about 5 years. In the beginning it was a great way to earn $10 towards Amazon account. 10 receipts = $10. Then a few years ago they changed the amount you were given per receipt for some categories, however it was still easy to hit the $10 mark. Then this year, they messed it all up. Grocery stores are now $0.10, electronics/shoes/sports are now $0.70. This month I submitted 42 receipts and only earned $6.90. That's with 4 $0.70 receipts. Just ridiculous.

    This used to be a great program but it has gone downhill fast over the last couple of years. Virtually impossible to get to $10 in a month. Sometimes a receipt is 0.10 and sometimes it is 0.70. Depends on the day. Now telling me that I have already used a receipt when I have not. FAQ says I can ask for a review but that option is not available. No way to get support at all. I’m out which is what I think they want anyway . Make it so hard to use that no one uses it and they don’t have to give anything away.
