  • Really losing ground Amazon Music! What the heck!

More and more this app does not work if you do not have any cellular service. I drive through throughout the mountains of Colorado and with each update they push, it gets worse and worse. Offline really doesn’t mean offline does it guys? Not to mention the other issues: 1-like how all of a sudden it’ll just start skipping to the next tune and you just gotta wait till you get back to Wi-Fi to re-download the entire playlist again. 2-This app just does not buffer enough to be usable. God forbid you’re not just having to stand next to a Cell Tower. 3-This app does freeze up quite often. And it’s not just this one iPhone 12 that I’m on right now. I have a 14 and 16 pro max. 4-When connecting to your car and not using CarPlay, buggy for sure. Should be just Bluetooth but seemingly doesn’t always catch itself from freezing up. Buttons won’t work sometimes but music keep playing, pictures are not the right song, etc.

I don’t use streaming very often so it would not be cost effective to pay for the upgrade but I’m frustrated by my lack of control over what exactly I want to listen to. Am happy about no commercials. Jim
  • It’s hard to play music you’ve bought from Amazon…

The Amazon App makes it as hard as possible to go to and play the music you’ve bought from them over the years. It’s more like being told repeatedly to buy Amazon Prime. It’s a pain. What good is it to sell music to customers if you make it hard to access?

  • Bad experience

First time I tried playing a song (Dylan’s Desolation Row) it played the wrong song. There didn’t seem to be any way to play the right one. Bad experience right off the bat.
  • Why does it keep glitching?

I’ve used this app most of my life but recently it’s been glitching really bad. I was listening to a song from beetlejuice the musical today and like 10 seconds into the song a different song was playing but my screen still showed the song I was listening to. Then the real song cut back in but less than a minute later it skipped to a new song. Does this happen to anyone else?
