    The most recent update unfortunately has resulted in the app crashing, or becoming unresponsive, after 30 minutes to an hour of continuous play. I use a playlist of podcast episodes to help me stay asleep at night. Currently the app is useless to me and will be until this is fixed.

    I think the music Amazon offers is great and it’s a big selection with no adds but I have a few problems with the app. I understand Amazon is trying to make money but this makes me want to find another app for my music. They change how you can listen to it a LOT. They make it so I can’t just listen to my music which is nice at times but most of the time it is just annoying. That isn’t great but what is worse is that you only have a few skips and can’t listen to certain songs on your playlist. You could also play songs on loop if you wanted or rewind to the start of the song or go back to the song before what you were listening to. They make you pay for that even though they have had it available for a while and they took it away again. Another thing that Amazon tends to do with their music, is that they will make it so if you shuffle a playlist it will play the same songs over and over. I have switched from playlists and when I go back to mine, it plays the same songs that it played last time I used the playlist. It even plays them in the same order. It’s so annoying and repetitive and I just wish it would actually shuffle my playlist instead of whatever this is. If Amazon just fixed some of these simple issues, the app would be so much better.

    that is so easy to get around on and I love it so much. It has millions of music, all my favorite songs and I love what is playing and how you can make a playlist and I just am enjoying this app so much.

    Used to be great, but now it just breaks. Like, I’m in the middle of “what’s my name again” (blink-182), and the app just freezes and shuts down. Sometimes I click on it and it never even loads. This happens after about 2-hours everyday. Ugh.

    I am getting a lot of playback errors and unable to listen to the music I’ve collected for years on this app. Prior to the recent updates I’ve had no problems listening to music I’ve paid for individually or through Amazon Music unlimited. Please fix this asap as I use this app with my work and personally and pay for it! It’s been going on for about 2 weeks now.

    I like the content availability but my experience using an iPhone 16pro is been problematic for the following reasons: 1. No band equalizer with iPhone; HD sound is good but not great 2. No way to manage storage; downloads constantly over-filling device 3. App is not stable with Carplay
