Why is it that I can ask my Alexa device to play music & plays on another Alexa device as far away from me as possible? Make it make sense
  • Becoming more of a nuisance than it is helpful

Always have to repeat requests multiple times in order for task to get completed and most times it only gets done when requests are entered manually
  • Subpar

Nothing but problems. Very slow response. Disconnects from the internet. Alexa doesn’t respond or ignores requests.

This device will easily get even the calmest person angry because you end up having to yell.. I ask it a normal question and it changes my fire tv. Many times just does whatever it wants. I never asked for music it will play it anyway. Then you have to yell over the music to get it to stop. I have multiple devices and add ons like bulbs and switches and alway have to pair over and over. Spent 100s and now stuck with glitchy trash. Company doesn’t care or listen to all the feedback given through the Alexa device. So basically deal with it or get rid of it. Smh

this app is so hard to follow. nothing is intuitive and the ui needs a ux team behind it. insanely irritating to have all the alexa devices connected so whenever you’re talking to a dot, it keeps asking “which device” or that it’s unable to do things that previously it could do easily. don’t know how anyone thinks this app is good.
