    You don’t get paid enough to put all the wear and tear and miles on your car. It is very poorly run in regards to how many packages they give you in the allotted time allowed. They consistently sent me in the opposite direction of my house only adding to more miles on my car and the worst of it is the poorly run customer service. They are clueless and never resolve any issues, they just hang up on you !

    Been using this for about a month, the pay is nice but everything else needs work. The navigation is often wrong, leading to wrong addresses and tells you the wrong names of street to turn on at least once every hour. The support is pretty much worthless, I’ve called for over a dozen different reasons and they can NEVER help, I stopped trying to contact them at this point because I’m always going to have to handle it myself. I can recommend this for others who have delivery experience, have alternate resources for gps, and are tech savvy enough to make their own solutions.

    Amazon likes to take advantage of you and pay you at low pay rate while you’re using your vehicle they don’t care where they sent you also the packages are insane when going 3 1/2 hour blocks no wonder people go on strike …. Spark is way better people

    Tired of people using the bots to snag jobs because they are lazy. While some of us actually try. Same jobs get snagged then back up then snagged and and just a cycle. Where is that are up and looking for work in the mornin can’t grab them

  • Several App Issues

    I just recently started doing flex about 2-3 weeks ago and I have experienced countless issues while using the app that have caused my account to be “at risk” and even missed payments. I have issues while checking in, issues while scanning my route/packages, constant glitches with the GPS that has made it hard to perform a very simple job. Very disappointed in the constant issues I’ve been experiencing. If anyone has tips and tricks on how to improve quality of the app would be great , thanks.

  • Driver Support Is a Complete Failur

    The driver support is extremely bad and completely incompetent. They are unable to solve even the simplest issues. Anyone thinking about working with Amazon should seriously reconsider. Because of the support team’s negligence and lack of action, drivers’ accounts are constantly put at risk. They provide no real help and take no responsibility.
  • The program is good the app is terrible

    App constantly glitches out and freezes especially on check in and during routes. They won’t these things against you and penalize you even though there are multiple ways to check where we’re at and what we’re doing in the app design. Driver support doesn’t do anything.
