Although I’m excited to be a driver. It is critical that packages are delivered to customers on-time. However, when utilizing the chat support feature in the app, it appears to time-out to quickly. When using the call me feature in the support app, I’m getting better results from the reps, however, I’m getting dinged for delivery delays and/or late deliveries when the app clearly advises you to pull over to a safe place when speaking to the support team for resolving issues.

Good side job that’s been there for me for a while and better than other independent contractor delivery jobs overall, but I’ve experienced enough in-app navigation problems, ending up with missing packages that I’m supposed to have in my route, ending up with too many packages by the time my route ends, and constantly changing warehouse check in procedures to consider dropping delivering for Amazon.
  • Amazon is the thuganomics mafia of US politics (sanctioned by oligarch Russia's Putin)

The entire Flex experience is a scam. They rig the UX to make it seem like they don't have control over picking up shifts, your standings, their unlock perks -- and they never have promotions to earn more. They say there are blocks for set times like 3 1/2 hours or 3 hours or 4 1/2 or 5, whatever. Then you can't earn more than $180 - $216 a day, no matter what, because they overhire Mexican border crossers of which there are 70 - 100 million illegal central and south americans in the US. Do yourself a favor and look up The Great Depression: MEXICAN REPATRIATION they were deported upwards of millions of these amigos. Mexican thrives off of their labor because they work for Pesos which are $.05 cents : $1.00. Mexico City is one of the most populace cities in the world. Their whole economy is based off of Cartels who murder, bribe, and act as the mafia. Amazon is a participant in a powerful Hispanic lobbying coup of the USA that is intent on populating the US with C & S Americans who are all thugs that are secretly intent on subverting the US by taking over the Democrats. Anyway, they play their mariachi music at the stations all day and camp out there with their stinky cologne constantly blabbering their mouths in spanish language.

So many bots it’s not even funny anymore . They only pay good in the morning now 3-5 am routes. I use to be able to use this to survive during a emergency like a lost job but it’s become a money grab and they punish you a lot.All of a sudden I need to constantly put in a security code to log in. Support sucks it takes days to hear back when complaining
