    First, I’d like to see the light button on BOTH sides of the app. When taking pictures I predominantly use my left hand and I gotta reach across with my finger to the right side, and I almost dropped my phone every time. seeing the flashlight option or flash option on both sides would be more convenient. As for the camera, I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max and my phone’s camera is pretty darn good but when I use the Amazon Flex app that thing has blurry pictures frequently I’d like to see the app be more functional with the capabilities of the phone camera does available to help. Avoid blurry pictures.

    I had a block to deliver and waited 45 minutes, when usually before the 30 minutes mark automatically they tell you not route available and we value you time and usually the bailie your time. This time waited 45 minutes ask what they told me talk to an associate in the hub to end up calling support and didn’t value the wasted time I spend because I spend an hour total talking to an associate and to driver support

    The navigation is trash: the app is constantly trying to have me turn off of a main road, just to jag around and then turn back into that main road. The delivery routing is idiotic, it won't let you change the order of deliveries to fix it or end the route in a version location. While delivering it's impossible to view other information in the app without interrupting the route completely. It constantly sends push notifications and there's no setting to change or turn these off. And on top of all this I'm writing complaints in the App Store because THERE IS NO FEEDBACK FORM IN THE APP

    The app and the gig works is super nice but Man, they be giving you route that's like so far away from where you live. Sometimes the station is designated area is nearly 20-45mins drive then you have to go around the area which makes a further from your house then when you finish your block and you ended having to travel back home nearly an hour or something and that's just too much and I think it'll be nice if they give us 2-4 items of last packages to deliver around where you live so after you finish your 4 hours block then you can travel Less time to go back home instead of having to travel nearly an hour more than an hour to go back home. I think they should consider this to Make it better for the flex driver

    I was doing Amazon flex for 3 months before getting deactivated over 4th of July. Always delivered on time, in the parking lot 10-15 mins before my shift, etc. The only thing I could think of doing wrong was following a customers instruction where she said, “if packages are delivered between 8-5:45pm throw it over my fence”. Package delivery was at noon & felt like a feather was inside so I followed instructions as indicated. Next day deactivated & Amazon won’t tell me why :( it was a good gig while it lasted
