  • Too many updates

    Too many updates each week. Highly annoying! I don’t allow apps to have automatic access to my phone but to have to update 3-4 times a week is ridiculous. Get your software under control and only do 1 update a month.
  • Deactivated For No Reason/Glitchy app

    Disappointed with Amazon for what they did to me. I started Amazon Flex because of the pandemic, i lost my job so i needed to make money instead of being on unemployment. So everything went fine with Amazon Flex I delivered packages took the pictures. I was only late to pick up once by 3 mins. & I had one person say they didn’t get their packages. (which I got an email for and the email said for more details email amazon support—which i did—no reply) Basically everything was awesome other than the app messing up all the time saying I was late to delivery’s which was incorrect because I would finish all my deliveries usually 1 hr 30 min earlier than the app said. I would have to make countless phone calls to support telling them about what the app was doing. (i took screenshots/screen recordings) the driver support would say that they would email the people that would fix it. so i thought everything was alright. only it was not. one day out of the blue i got deactivated. The email said it will give you a response on the decision in 6 days. (which was a lie) I emailed them countless of emails of screenshots/screen recordings of the app messing up and showing them proof that the app was messed up. I even took screen shots of the 30 min conversations with driver support. Amazon rejected without reason twice giving no reason at all for deactivating me. I would like a response and tell me why I got deactivated—even with all the PROOF i sent. This really messed me up I am about to become homeless because of the abrupt suspension without merit or reason. I am fighting every day since to get a job to unbury myself from what Amazon did to me. Also the app is very glitchy, the maps on the app are so off. I would fix the customer support. Only being able to email a guy in a foreign country that never replies isn’t cool. The suspension process needs to be evaluated before more and more people get suspended and you guys lose money because of this. Thanks Amazon it was a good relationship while it lasted.

    Yo tengo ya algunos meses registrada y entro constantemente al app pero siempre sale que no hay nada en el área para recoger entregas, no dan opción a actualizar ubicación, es demasiado limitada, sería bueno poder buscar en otras áreas diferentes si en la que estoy no hay nada disponible. Doy una estrella porque no deja enviar el comentario.

    I drove almost 30 miles to first address on my first route. Impossible addresses , forget being able to see anything in the dark. Customers who order need a Amazon neon glow in the dark sticker at the road address on a post or something. App said you’re here and it’s was a cornfield!!!!
  • App not working properly

    Since october 23rd update the app doesnt work properly on ios 15. When i click to go to start location (station) it keeps loading forever even after reinstalling the app and cleaning the cache issue persists.
  • Completely disappointment in the app

    I have been losing my mind with this app. It doesn’t work for nothing in the world. The job I like. But when I try to take an ID check selfie the app freezes on me. Making me miss out on my block. So I have to arrive to my scheduled blocks 2 hours in advance and pray for a miracle. That miracle being me having to call driver support until I manually get checked in. Which isn’t always posible. So not only do I waste gas, time and money getting to the blocks 2 hours early but sometimes I don’t get the block. Causing me to miss the block which negatively impacts me for future blocks. And what’s worse? Driver support does not help me at all!!!!!! I wish there was a way I can further escalate this. It’s inhumane. I’m trying my best doing everything by the book to make a living and make ends meet since it’s been nearly impossible for me to find employment after the pandemic and this is what I get now. It’s just not fair. If we’re going to rely on an app to survive then they should make an app that works and way more competent driver support reps. Amazon? Fix your app ASAP. Because you’re forcing a lot of us to not work for Amazon Flex. And it’s extremely emotionally distressing. I find myself literally crying and losing it after the app repeatedly doesn’t work. It’s detrimental to one’s mental well being.

    I really enjoy this app and I rarely write reviews. I am in college and Love this app because I can take delivery routes whenever I am feel like it. You can create your own schedule. It’s not like a normal 9-to-5 job where you have to give your full time/day to a company. With this gig you can take as many days off as you want or work as often as you want. It’s up to you. The only complaints I have is customer support. Sometimes there are drop offs that can be somewhat difficult to deliver to because the customer might have a secure gate code process or a complicated delivery request. The customer support line is not always easy to get in touch with. Also I hat that this app make you have your own gas money to complete deliveries. I wish there was a way that gas for my route was free. Otherwise I love this app and will always use it.
