    FLEX used to be a very fair and respectful way to work. Now those false and misleading accusations and false statements made by the incompetent foreign so called FlexSupport that’s not even capable of read an email and replay a proper answer. Only those premade statements that 99% of the time it’s absolutely not even close about your point and question.

    When I got to the Amazon locker, it’s a screen was black, but it’s still allowed me to check in the package by scanning the package, and I placed a package into the locker and close the locker and went to scan out and could not scan out because the screen is dark. There’s no way to scan out so I call Support and Support was very rude with me. and told me that I had to call the number that was on locker which I didn’t proceeded to call and I stood out there long enough for my car to shut down so that’s like an hour. I’m waiting for Support to allow me to check out in the rain. They reset the lockers. The lockers came back on, but yet the screen stayed off and I had to call Support again, standing in the rain. but we finally got it. There has to be a better process for this, especially on rainy days as such so and we could definitely use some people that are not rude to their drivers that don’t know what’s going on. Thank you.
