  • Can’t unlock resort door!

    We’re currently sitting outside of our room because my app, even after deleting and redownloading and re-logging into our account, my phone still won’t show the unlock door option. My wife has the unlock door function showing on her phone but the door will not respond. It seems like we always have issues. Having the tech is really cool, but only if it works. I don’t understand why our room info couldn’t be linked to our annual pass holder card. Shouldn’t it function like a magic band? If I have to check-in like a normal hotel yeah it’d be theoretically more of a hassle but then at least I’d be able to get into our room.
  • Private Christmas party

    I haven’t been able to come here in 10 years. I buy two day passes for five people and come to find out that the park closes at 6 PM most nights this week because of private Christmas parties. The only night they are open late to the general public there is a tropical storm expected. Yes there are tickets available for an extra thousand dollars!!! I am ridiculously disappointed and upset. I looked forward to all of the Christmas lights and the fireworks and everything Disney does for the holidays and now after waiting 10 years I won’t be able to see it. I truly feel this is unfair.

    Disney in all they do always make things as easy as possible, their apps service is as good as the customer service in the parks and at the hotels. Moves smooth like butter. Easy to make lightening lane reservations, dining reservations and hotel reservations, sends reminders, remote check in etc. love the Disney app

    Hotel checkin wasn’t good. Given wrong rooms. Our groceries went missing during our room exchange.

    Going to DisneyWorld is like a labyrinthine. It takes years of experience to properly migrate through the app and get things organized. So frustrating and stressful.
  • Lightning Lane Calendar Broken

    The lightning kane purchase calendar is not chowing Nov. 17, 2024 - Nov. 30, 2024. It’s not that I see an unelectable date, it’s that they are not existent in the calendar. No reason why is stated, if that is intentional.

    At 4:30 Sunday, Nov 17th. Cast Member “Carol” went out of her way to walk me to where I could see the to access the Sky Lift. She saw the lost and confused look on my face and offered to help. I appreciate her going above and beyond !

    Room has been clean just not cleared to let us in 1:40 after check in time. Poor
  • Not user friendly

    Too difficult to add friends and family whenever one person is doing the hotel and another doing tickets. Never sure if you are adding a new profile vs creating one. Can’t add husband to my hotel reservation.
