    Trying to figure out anything on this app is impossible, do better for your cast Disney. Don’t make us work extra hard to try and find the benefits you barely offer us

    feels like there’s no point to have this. it always crashes, you have to constantly sign in. sometimes i have to sign in twice? most buttons take you to the website—where you have to sign in again. so then whats the point of having the app if you can’t easily access what you need?

    This app breaks down more than it works and glitches a lot . When I need to call out or request call back it lags most times so I can’t even do anything on the app . It takes you back to the same page if it’s lagging no matter how much you try . And they never say anything about when app will be down . You would think a billion dollar company would make sure their app is 100% but what do you expect from a company who doesn’t even take care of their own

    i cannot access my available time off!!!! ever since it’s latest maintenance i cannot see my pto. i’ve exited and went back in multiple times, i’ve logged out and then logged back in, i’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. it’s all done nothing like girl... PLEASE FIX IT.

  • Billion dollar company with the worst app suite

    It’s mind boggling to me that a billion dollar company has horrible apps. We can’t make a good app to save our lives. What’s the point of having a native app on IOS or Android if it’s still just a web app. No infrastructure built in, it’s all on the back end of the website which in itself is trash. Navigating is painful, loading pages takes forever. Schedule drops treasure forever to load and time off requests take forever as well. Why don’t you scrap this terrible product and make something better from scratch.

    App never stops loading and ALWAYS logs you out. And all of the “modules” are just webpages so you have to login for that as well.
