    Easily one of the worst apps I have ever been forced to use by an employer. Most of the time it just doesn't work. It's very often down with no timeframe of being fixed. Management does the equivalent of shrugging when we ask about it. This is our livelihood. It's how we make a living, and they can't be bothered to even make it function correctly. At the time of writing, a lot of us can't trade or give away shifts, and trying to call late or call out sick leads to an "Invalid URL." So embarrassing and shameful.

    This app is absolutely the worst. I constantly get an error message when trying to access information. I need access to my paystub information for banking and mortgage applications, etc., and am unable to get it. The ‘two factor authentification’ just makes it worse. The need to keep recentering your extremely long password is maddening. The app redirects you to your browser and you have to start over anyway, so what is the point of this app?!?! A complete waste of time.

    It is such a shame that a company like Disney would not have a faster and more effective app for their employees. It is constantly crashing, glitching out, and is not up to date on technology advancements (Face ID, automatic password saving, etc.) it is super disappointing to be a cast member and have an app that is not working at its full potential- ever.

    I can not log in! I tried my password so many times and it wont let me in. Resetting is impossible, it keeps taking me back to the log in page when i select rest password. So frustrating!

    About a month or so ago I had no issues getting logged in, now all of a sudden it “looks like you don’t have access to this app.” I cannot access or use the app at all, yet on the website I have full access to everything as normal. Why all of a sudden the change of accessibility?
  • Constant logging in

    I don’t understand how this multi BILLION DOLLAR company can’t even make an app for its cast members to use without issues. I have had to log in four times in the last day alone. That’s not to mention the relogging in once you’re in to view Rostr or your paystub. And the Okta verify only works if I use the second “push notification” button? And sometimes it requires Okta verify several times a day too. Stop logging me out!! You made us have a ridiculously long password and having to type that multiple times a day just to check my schedule is insane.

    Along with the already annoying logging in after logging in, now I don’t have access to an app I’m supposed to you? Smh, fix your app. Billion dollar company and can’t fix an app that MANY need. Guess the browser will have to do.
