    What is the point of this app if you have to sign in with your email, VERY LONG password, plus 2-factor authentification each and every time you use it? This is not convenient, to say the least.

    App use to work well on my iPhone but lately it’s been taking forever to open the app also. And then now the schedule doesn’t show on the calendar. Yet if I go to “schedule view” then I can view it. Not as fast and app friendly as it was.

    The Disney Cast Life app used to be decent and worked well. Now, it is not very good and some current features were removed or relocated. The new updates also makes it is harder to log into the Hub or even do a simple schedule future request. The app also crashes more than before. Please fix these issues! It is not fun!!

  • Crappy App Barely Functions

    Pretty abysmal app especially considering how many people rely on it for work. I’m not done with my comp sci degree but even I could program it better. The thing that makes it even worse is the fact that all other Disney apps work great so I know the resources to make it what it should be are likely available. Why it hasn’t been fixed yet is a mystery.

  • Sign In Problems

    There needs to be an improvement when logging into the hub or an easier way of signing in like using a pin code when passwords do not work even though it is correct! The app will say Invalid ID or password and when you want to reset, the page redirects you to password reset and you enter your information the site cannot identify you! It is frustrating asking you to call their IT. Calling IT is time consuming and days you have to wait over the line over a simple password reset.

  • Wheres my schedule?!

    For a company with a bunch of money it’s embarrassing that they cant have a funcional app for the workers that make their magic!! The most important part of this app is the schedule and its gone!! Update; thank you for listening to our concerns and fixing the calendar issue.
