    The app won’t stay open for more than a minute. Randomly crashes when I’m checking scores, reading articles. This app is a mess. Fix it.

    As anyone who uses this app will know, it's incredibly glitchy constantly crashes, and filled with ads. Unfortunately it is sometimes the only way to watch certain games. The annoyance of having to use such terrible software magnifies the constant problems. It is as if Disney wants to make it hard because they know you will keep coming back for more torture just to watch your favorite teams. It's sad the way the sports world has become. What should be a simple pastime is tarnished with mega companies like Disney and Fanduel who care nothing about sports.

    I only use this app to watch women’s soccer, NWSL and the WSL. It’s so hard to find the games or the info especially for the WSL. I only follow these teams but the app is so sure that you want men’s football and basketball it won’t even advertise to me about my favorite teams I’ve tagged and saved. There’s a whole season ending in WSL right now and no news covers or alerts to any of these games at any point. I get it’s overwhelmingly men people want to watch sports with but can we at least get everyone covered.

    For such a large corporation with obviously so much invested into this platform, the UI and User Experience absolutely suck. It is not intuitive to navigate, it is slow to load, videos have significantly more drop in quality and buffers than other streaming apps. This is without even mentioning their predatory behavior towards the consumer. Locking basically everything behind tiered paywalls where it always seems like you have to fork over just a little more to watch what you want despite already paying the Disney Corporation $30/month and having a cable TV plan. It’s ridiculous and I absolutely HATE this platform. ESPN is a terrible service and I would recommend if you can get it somewhere else, do that.

    Back when you could get ESPN+ for 5.99 a month this was a great app for watching all the sports that I wanted now I have to pay $30+ a month to watch what I want is ridiculous

    Several login issues. Confusing subscription options. Subscribed to ESPN plus but only a few AO matches are included, looks like have to subscribe to unlimited. No clear indication of what’s included in which subscription. Immediately canceled it.

    ESPN unlimited is terrible. I’ve watched the Australia Open for years through ESPN +, and now I have to pay an additional $30+ in order to stream all matches this year? No thank you.

    So not only do you minimize access with compatibility BUT now you have a ESPN+ and ESPN unlimited subscription! So in order for me to watch tennis for 2 weeks I have to pay $30 for a full month!
