    Everything was wonderful! Disney cruise line truly thinks of everything for the kids! Our wait staff were superb! Nathanwatt & Andres were so friendly and wonderful with the kids - making our son feel extra special as we were celebrating his birthday! Our housekeeping staff was great too - putting character sheets on the kids beds, leaving cute decorations & even a birthday surprise! Such a great first cruise for our kids!

    This app is wonderful to use, it is easy to navigate, has everything you need to find where you’re supposed to go has a full map on board of every deck. Shows you the full room service menu. Must have for on board. It also helped to keep in connection with my family while they were on different parts of the ship or while we were on the island and they were on the ship.

    I started sailing when they used to have the paper navigators. I don’t find this app to be user friendly when planning your day with family members. I prefer to see the whole day an its events versus a constant scroll through the day. It would be great if they could at least have that page version available on the app. Additionally, the old Navigator would provide a preview of the cruise evening shows for the duration of the cruise on the first day. Now you have to go day by day and scroll. I feel like I have to be on my phone constantly to know what’s going on. The app is good for pre-cruise planning and messaging.

    We just got off of our first Disney Cruise and are at the hotel now, an amazing time was had - and this app was the perfect guide to it all. From the showing times to the childcare situation/oceaneer’s club all the way to dinner schedule, activities at port arrivals, etc - this app made you knowledgeable on what you needed to know. My only recommendation for future updates would be having the ability to communicate w ship staff, like your room steward, maintenance, guest services, etc, but that’s not a biggie. Great app, as usually happens, it’s top notch w Disney, and this app is a must have for your next cruise. Thank you to the team who made this.

    Indispensable application during a cruise, but I do wish it was possible to see your exact location for directions like the parks app (which may not be possible due to the nature of the decks). It was a bit of a learning curve to use. When looking at the map of each deck, I kept looking for a filtering option to find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping locations, etc. I finally realized there was another way, but there was no directory per deck that let you know what type of locations were found on that deck. This would have been helpful for someone who is not familiar with the names of the locations.

    Wish the map was integrated into the listings of entertainment options. You have to manually go back to see it on the map. Filters on events could be better. It got glitchy and would scroll back to current time when looking at future events. Wish map was interactive as well, like able to click on a bar on the map and see information about it.

    Those of us who do NOT live with our noses in a device would greatly appreciate more user friendly interaction geared toward us. For example and search option would be helpful. For example…we could type ‘movie’ and be given movie showing options, times and locations.
