  • Bug in the newest app update

When I try to login through the 2FA with my phone number, it sends me the code and after I enter the code, it takes me back to the select phone or email screen. From there I get stuck as it won’t let me send a code again or fully login.
  • Messaging is hit-or-miss

For the most part we love the app, but on this recent cruise, the messaging was very spotty. With a group of 10, we relied on it, and it failed us many times. The scheduling and activity piece was still good.
  • Pretty good. Minor issue.

The app was great except for the chat function. Had to register again. Also, lost group conversations with people. When I sent chats to a group some members didn’t receive them. I’m not sure if this is an iPhone vs android issue.
  • Ship internet sucks

The app would be great if you could connect to it. Everyone in our party of 6 had problems getting it to connect to the internet. Without wi-fi you do not get updates. The messaging in the app would not go through. Do not recommend but you have to have it for your cruise.

The app is great. One additional feature that would be nice is the ability to “heart” an event from the summary page. Currently, you have to clock back do so.

Can’t access app. Doesn’t log in after submitting 2FA. Just returns to a broken login page that doesn’t allow me to continue.

App works pretty consistently once onboard but the constantly link out to website for photos or other tasks isn’t favorable. Could be better

Entertainment was great, loved the shows. Pirate Night was so much fun! We had two nights of fireworks by being there for New Years. Food was exceptional. Loved having a reserved table in the restaurants for dinner and our servers were top notch. Castaway Cay was great. Issues that kept it from being a 5 star: connecting rooms with family but balconies did not connect. Muster-standing up for 25 minutes for no good reason was a waste of time and incredibly rough for old people with back issues. I would definitely do it again!
