    Most times when I press “next episode” the whole app shuts off and I have to restart it . Other than that, it’s an okay app but I would expect it to be fully functional due to the fees and subscription I pay for .

    It keeps crashing and I was wondering if it needed an update, but no. I have plenty of storage left on my phone, and it’s unfortunate that it crashes so often. Otherwise a great app with lots of movies and shows to choose from.

    I love Disney+ so much, if we’d had it when I was younger, I can’t imagine how much we would’ve utilized it, my family and I subscribed to the platform in late 2019 or 20, and have adored it ever since, it has every Disney film imaginable and streams from a variety of other mediums, this in my opinion being its most impressive feature,A suggestion I would raise is for Disney to partner with Netflix, so subscribers can stream their content from their as well, I don’t know why they haven’t thought of that yet but they should, I also like that there are a host of characters to choose from for your profile, Mine was Lady for the longest time, now it’s Joy, Also, both the Roku platform and app work impeccably, NO bugs, Thank you Disney.

  • Impossible log-in

    Will take 15 minutes and 5 “temporary passcodes” to access your account. Poor sync between iPhone, smart TV and Disney+ account. App is not well synced to iPhones passcode feature, QR code doesn’t get you around the need for email log-in, and even when you’re on the right track, you’re still moving through each gate via another temporary passcode. The friction adds up.

  • Watchlist problem.

    It’s ridiculous that you can only add 100 titles to your watchlist. Netflix allows an unlimited list. The app has everything from Disney to Hulu, which means you will want to add hundreds of things to watch. But you can’t. Please fix this problem to an unlimited list, and I will increase my rating.

    WHY CANT I UPDATE IT? IT SAYS I NEED TO UPDATE BUT THEN DOESNT HAVE AN UPDATE BUTTON. ALSO WAYYYYYYYY TO MANY ADS FOR THE PRICE. SO EXPENSIVE TO EVEN PAY FOR IT WITH ADS.
