I’m starting to like it better than my other P touches. Some things are a little hard to find or to figure out how to save as a format. For instance, I can’t get it to go from inches to millimeters on one of my devices?
  • Horrible!!!

Doesn’t print in reasonable location on label. No way to advance tape, cutter cuts every label in the middle of the text!!! Indescribably poor design!

  • No way to print most 4x6 shipping labels easily

I can’t believe in 2025 there is no simple way to crop and edit a shipping label pdf to print on this QL-1110NWBC.. I specifically bought this printer to print labels for shipping “which I assume most people do” and cannot print a basic label unless the specific native selling app sends a perfect 4x6 pdf.. half of them don’t! They include a receipt or more also on a 8x10 page. So I’m forced to take a screenshot and crop the image to print which results in low quality.. this is such a stupid problem. There are other third part apps that do this simple task but of course brothers QL-1110NWBC won’t connect to them… ugh I guess I’ll be forced to start taping the labels on again because at this point it’s easier.

Why on earth is the label text INVISIBLE if there is more than one line? There’s no excuse for this given how much screen real estate is occupied by a label for the 12mm label. And then there’s the inability to talk to a label printer that’s supposedly warmed up and ready to go. (Can someone explain to me why it keeps shutting off? Can’t we get waiting on WiFi somehow?) Grr.

Just bought one tonight and google claims the printer is compatible with this app and apparently you guys removed it… feel like I wasted money and I opened it and can’t return it now I would have paid more for the newer version if your guy’s advertising were up to date. Really needed it asap too.

The app works, but the customizing/editing features are limited
  • Rarely works

This app rarely detects my Q810W printer. The app usually reports “communication error” instead of printing. Restarting the printer or phone makes little difference. Printing from a desktop works every time. So does the Android version of the app.”

My pantry was full of various flours, sugars, nuts etc and I had to taste each container to determine which was which. Hand written labels never seem to last. This printer has allowed me to clearly print the contents. I love it.
