It does the job. However, it would be better if there were more icons available.

Design that might work on a desktop but soooooo painful to use on a phone which is where you need to use it.

We bought this label maker to use in our home office. I had trouble getting it to connect to the Wi-Fi. I was not able to connect it but my little sister was able to get it going but it still was not an easy task but after working with it for an hour or so she finally got it working. And even though she initially connected it, it still takes a few minutes to connect to the Wi-Fi. It’s like the pre heating on your oven. It has to warm up and once it starts printing I don’t have ant troubles until the next time I want to use it and it’s the same process.

This is the most non user friendly app I’ve ever seen. Absolutely terrible

Not gonna lie it could be better, but what did I expect? Microsoft Word? Honestly kind of clunky app but pretty much works and does what I should expect for a label maker and then some compared to older units with the interface on the unit itself. Probably won’t find a better app for this purpose with anyone else, so this is fine.

I’ve used the companion Brother app Pro Label 2 but abandoned it when suddenly it did not support installed fonts, rendering all my label designs with a corporate font unusable. I switched to print because it still recognizes all the fonts in my iOS system. However, this version won’t allow me to change label sizes. It constantly tells me the label size does not correspond to the one in the printer, when obviously it’s wrong. I’ve tried multiple Brother tapes to no avail. I will never purchase another Brother product when the software is so inferior to their excellent label printers. Very frustrating.
