    When it works it’s great but all the data disappears whenever the smart dock isn’t on the baby’s foot which is when I want to look at it. Fix this

    I bought it for the warming effect. It’s always something wrong with it. Also, it leaks very bad. I’m so unhappy with this product. I bought it from Amazon. I thought I bought it for me and see I’m still having to use my pump because this one leaks all the time

    You can only view the camera without the monitor on one phone. If I have it and my wife scan the QR code under the camera, then she can do it but I no longer can. Lame.

  • Can’t add pump data!

    Love the ability to control my pumps from the app. Love the reminders. Everything’s pretty user friendly. But the “add data” page where you can track how much you’re pumping and all your pumps keeps freezing and won’t let me add data! I restarted and even re downloaded the app and it still won’t work!!!

    While I enjoy the pumps and the fact that they heat. The app to pump is way to delayed. If it syncs the pump at all. I don’t enjoy having to constantly check to see if the pump session crossed over. Or manually adding because it doesn’t .

    Horrible that this company abuses new mothers with this pump that does not perform anywhere close to expectations for a wearable pump. The app does not measure volume produced like Willow and the pumps leak and are uncomfortable and difficult to clean.

    I use it for the pumps. The app works fine for the pumps themselves however there are so many pop ups for surveys and such that it’s annoying. I just want to pump, not complete a survey. It can also be a pain adding in data. I wish that function were more flexible and user friendly.

    To start we’re a eufy family! From security to cleaning, so to have the ability to use both our phone and the monitor is amazing! We have the camera in our boys room and to be able to record some of the funny things they do is awesome. Plus when we go to family’s houses and being able to carry the whole thing with us is just the cherry on top!
