  • Perhaps the worst app ever

    Every time I open the app it does not remember my device, my maps, or anything else. Requires me to set it up all over again. Then it takes 5 tries to get it to connect. EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE IT. Half the time I just push the clean button on the vac as it is too frustrating. Which defeats the purpose of having an app with maps.

    Purchase a robot vacuum cleaner and absolutely no way to your off constant ads in the app. Must delete manually and they’re are always being notifications If I paid subscription to use vacuum instead of $800 purchase - that would be different. I’d look for other alternatives before choosing Eufy again

    Why is it that I constantly MUST reset NO GO Zones, they do not take and are deleted by the system? Robovac is very convenient, but this app needs to be in the dust bin!

    they just did an update on November 5th and now my moo always says the water is at 100% full and all my accessories are at 100% and don’t need to be maintained or replaced when o know they are close to it. please fix this bug
  • Floor maps lost after update - again.

    This is the second time in a year I have lost my floor maps after an app update. I find it more than frustrating. I have four maps and twice in the last year I’ve had to remap.

    Estaba funcionando muy bien pero no se que a pasado que no lo pude volver a conectar a la red Wifi! Ya e reiniciado todo y aún nada! No me aparece aún al buscarlo en el wifi!

    This is one of several apps you can use with the eufy robot, and none of them live up the expectations of what the devices say. I have tried all of them in hopes that I could have a better experience, but the mapping has many issues. The auto clean features and buttons and notifications are horrendous, and though they say you can customize them. And the worst is the Experiences dealing with their AI generated customer service. If you give feedback in the app, it will still trigger a customer service response, which is absolutely not how you should be using a feedback system. “People” are trying to tell you what’s wrong with your device and all you do is send them Customer service and then wonder why your app is not behaving correctly for using it? You’re not trying to be helpful by responding to everyone with trouble shooting steps what you’re doing. You’re saying “it’s not us, It’s you the end user”to every single problem, which is a lack of accountability. And accountability is what you want in a product line’s support. I mean, we all know that this is going to result in some Dev is going to say “Oh my God, I’m so sorry. You should let us know about this!” but they have a multi response multi day chat open that they’ve been just letting go hog wild. If the devs cared they already of seen this feed back. No one cares. If your looking for a security or vacuum look elsewhere where. I thought this one would be fine. Because I have such a little carpet. But now if you have a single piece of carpet, this vacuum is going to hate.
