  • Worse with every update

    The past 2 app updates have made the app unusable. I still love my vacuum because I can’t manually start it. However, with a busy house, I really valued the ability to start it from my app and schedule cleaning- which I can’t do anymore. Also, the ads are annoying. I already purchased your product, please don’t push alerts to my phone about sales.

    When I try to delete a schedule for my Eufy omni C20, it will not work due to “error connection to network” I suppose that reinstalling the app will fix this bug

  • E28 communication anomaly

    After recent events… including my E28 not working properly and me reaching out to support and escalating my ticket as well as running through all trouble shooting and finally attempting to process my warranty I still have not received word on my replacement. It’s been a week from today when I originally reached out and there seems to be little to no progress on Eufy’s end for a replacement. Pretty awful customer support is making me regret my purchase.

    The app shows you so many ads for Eufy products. It’s got infuriating notifications at the top of the screen. You can’t dismiss them all at once. I know Eufy will just reply to this message and say that they’re always improving the app and would I please update my review. Well, I will update my review when they make the app less obnoxious.

    I’ve had this vacuum for 6 months and the software is awful, you can scan your whole house and a week later it will delete your map and all of your zones. The vacuum cleans great but this software is frustrating

  • Disconnects from WiFi too often

    Works great til it doesn’t.. my vacuum disconnects from WiFi randomly 2-3 x a month. Takes too long to reset its connection so I just push the manual button like it was 1999 and she fires right up. Can’t use the app or anything because it wants t disconnect from WiFi 2-3x a month .. almost a paperweight but it does actually clean.

  • No go zones don’t show on the map

    Please fix the issue with the no-go zone! They wouldn’t display on the map no matter how many times you try to save them! It used to work fine.
