    For some reason my robot will not identify its positioning and failing every cleaning task. Extremely frustrating. On the map the robot isn’t moving even though it’s moving around my home. There’s some type of disconnect.

    There’s an ad on every single screen of this app. Every time you go vacuum, there is an add selling you something. Want to mop? Gotta get past the ad. Want to vacuum a little spot? Ad. There’s a problem with the vacuum? You guesses it, ad. For the price you paid for this thing, there’s no reason why you should get a promotional ad EVERY SINGLE TIME you use it. Worse than pay-to-play. Go buy the replacement parts of Amazon, way cheaper, work better than the originals. You’re welcome.

    I can't log into your app anymore. So I will need to vacuum my apartment after work now, even though I have an overpriced product I purchased from eufy with my hard earned money.

  • Set up is terrible

    Fire your product designers. The set up flow is awful. Many failure points causing rework that is entirely preventable. Also, there is no need for precise location, even if you claim to not store it. Give an option to not provide location but complete setup, even if that mean certain features are disabled. Do better.

    The Eufy Clean app is the weak link in an otherwise great product. My S1 Pro vacuum is incredible on hardwoods—vacuuming + mopping works like a dream. But the app? Not so much. The interface is clunky, menus are hard to navigate, and there’s no central status page to see battery life, cleaning progress, maps, or camera views all in one place. You’re stuck jumping between tabs just to figure out what your robot is doing. Room selection and scheduling are confusing, mapping feels limited, and overall the app doesn’t match the quality of the hardware. Eufy, please update this app—it could be SO much better with: • A unified home/status screen • Better mapping and camera controls • Simpler room cleaning options • Smoother navigation Right now, the vacuum is smart—but the app feels stuck in beta.

    I just bought your product I don’t need ads constantly about Prime day. A section to purchase more is fine, the banners are unacceptable. Please save map orientation right now it keeps resetting after you reopen app. Analytics should be opt in not opt out Finally would be nice to have an option to vacuum then mop would be great. While your hydrojet system stays clean, it does wet the carpet edges on transition areas. This could easily be reduced significantly with the option to vacuum first and then mop. Thank you

    I already bought you product. Give me the option to turn off your annoying marketing banners within the app. They just piss me off every time they get in the way. Definitely cheapens your image.
