The EufyLife app is dedicated to improving your health. We’ve blended technology and convenience into an easy-to-use app that automatically syncs your health data. HOW THE APP WORKS A EufyLife account is needed to use this app. You only need to provide an email address and registration takes two steps and only a minute to complete. To get started, download EufyLife to your mobile device and register your email address to create an account. HOW TO PAIR DEVICES Eufy products are designed to be user friendly. Pairing devices is as simple as enabling Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth on your mobile device, turning on the Eufy product, and following the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. That's it! HealthKit The EufyLife App will synchronize the records after each weighing (Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Height, Lean Body Mass, Weight) to Apple Health. Since the privacy of your health data is very important, EufyLife has an entry point where you can choose to sync your data to Apple Health.     I love the scale, it works well, but the app is terrible. The fonts color choices lack contrast. The font is too small and can’t be adjusted. When the scale assigns weights to a certain user you can’t reassign them. Navigation is not at all intuitive. I wish there were a web app version I could use on my desktop. That would be a vast improvement and I would just quit using the annoying iPhone app.

    I keep signing in once every week or so. And I use the app once a week, so every time I use it, I have to enter my password. That is the stupidest thing. Dear app devs, stop replying with dumb responses. MAKE THE LOGINS WORK LONGER THAN A MONTH INSTEAD

  • The Eufy app is hard to see and read

    The Eufy scale is very nice and the output is great and was highly recommended however the app that is used for reading the output from the scale has a very light gray color and very small font for the printed text. The output from the scale is hard to read and to see. I’ve adjusted the text on my iPhone and the brightness but to no avail. I’m thinking of returning the scale because of the app. I cannot read the app information.

  • Stops syncing to Apple Health, often hangs

    Would be fine if it worked. I have a P2 Pro scale, all I want is weight syncing to Apple Health. Scale mostly gets data to Eufy life app (though sometimes when I open it it’s out of date but it catches up and yes I have background app update enabled) but while it has synced to Apple Health it stopped and I can’t get it going again. I don’t want to debug a scale.

    So frustrated, lost a whole month of data since the app logged me out and it wasn’t syncing my weight to the app. Only caught it because I wanted to show someone my progress since I was at the lowest weight in a long time and it was all missing. Not available under unmatched either. Just missing.

    I had a P1 Scale and replaced it with a P3 scale. The original app and scale communication was sketchy at times but now the app is completely unstable, it constantly freezes, doesn’t retain data or changes to my goals, etc. I open a window or click on a pulldown menu and it freezes. I wasn’t happy with the original and this upgrade has made the scale unusable, I will have to contact support to determine what needs to be done.

  • Too many adds, and constant Bluetooth messages

    This app has entirely too many ads all over it all the time, and it constantly tells me to turn on Bluetooth. I absolutely hate this app, and I’m about to throw all my eufy products in the street. Do not buy from eufy, they do not respect your ability to use the items you buy. They just want to market to you.

    When you’re in the history and you select 1yr and you want to scroll through your metrics, it won’t scroll. It’s constantly getting stuck. And the numbers are too small to read.
