The EufyLife app is dedicated to improving your health. We’ve blended technology and convenience into an easy-to-use app that automatically syncs your health data. HOW THE APP WORKS A EufyLife account is needed to use this app. You only need to provide an email address and registration takes two steps and only a minute to complete. To get started, download EufyLife to your mobile device and register your email address to create an account. HOW TO PAIR DEVICES Eufy products are designed to be user friendly. Pairing devices is as simple as enabling Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth on your mobile device, turning on the Eufy product, and following the on-screen instructions to complete pairing. That's it! HealthKit The EufyLife App will synchronize the records after each weighing (Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Height, Lean Body Mass, Weight) to Apple Health. Since the privacy of your health data is very important, EufyLife has an entry point where you can choose to sync your data to Apple Health.     App mocks me with a fat cartoon person, so I probably will not use it. Why not give me wrinkles and gray hair, since you require my age?

    I like being able to see all my data in one spot, but that avatar figure is so offputting. I’m a brown skin woman and I can’t change the model’s hair or eye color. The red hair and blue eyes default is very jarring on my skin tone. Preferably I’d like to an option to hide the model altogether.

    Single worst app I have ever used. Why exactly do I need to upload my data to your sever to be able to use something I HAVE PAID FOR? WHY IS THIS APP CHANGING ITSELF TO USE LBS EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS OPENED?

  • Schedule won’t save

    I’ve had the app for a year. Trying to save a holiday schedule now and no matter what schedule I try to create - it won’t save. The system just spins and won’t complete the “save” function. Hope to have this fixed for the holidays.

  • Scale no longer connects

    The app no longer detects my scale. New batteries and blue tooth on, still shows disconnected. Removed and unable to add back. It has not worked for months. Deleted app, useless.

    I hope the developer reads this. I've been using the scale for a couple months and loved it but now, maybe because of the last update or something with Apple, I can't read the information on my phone. I have an iPhone 13 and I use VoiceOver as I am totally blind. Your app was so easy to use and had so much good information but now I can't access any of it. Thank you

  • Unusable. Fonts are way too small

    Please please please make the font bigger, more contrasty and bolder ! You have this tiny font size… Plus it’s very thin and spindly… Plus it’s in non-contrasting colors like light teal and light gray! And yet you have all of this white space on each screen. I have 20/20 vision and I can barely make out the words. I can’t imagine how challenging this must be for the 99% of people who vision isn’t 20/20.

  • Too many bugs

    The app has may flaws. Some days it connects to devices. Other days it can’t find the WiFi. None of the devices can handle 5Ghz WiFi so it’s already a bad decision. Every eufy device I own that requires this app struggles in so many ways and every day it’s something different.

  • Confusing users

    I have a family of five - I have lost a lot of weight and four of the five of us weight around the same amounts now - the scale does not always bring up the user selection which is frustrating to weight myself and see the scale auto pick my son and NOT give any option for me to change the user and record my weight to my profile. Is there a way to get the user list every time if the weights are so close together like they are in our house hold?
