    Was happy for about 2 years with this app and their earbuds. I just started getting 5 second ads when I open the app to change the sound mode. Immediately bought AirPods, deleted this app, and threw the earbuds in the garbage.

  • Great app with one big problem

    They added ads to the app! When you open the app now sometimes you get an advertisement for one of their products that prevents you from using the actual app for about 5 seconds. Yeah that’s not THAT long, but come on really? Ive already spent money on your headphones at least let me use the app without disruption. This is especially annoying when Im using the sleep a20’s and im just trying to go to bed.

    Idk what happened, but ever since launching this update on the app, my earphones suddenly cant synch! They are unusable now! I cant sleep without these on. My quality of life is affected now. I use thw Soundcore A20s. Which it states that the app suddenly doesnt work with them?!

    i have this app on my phone for a Soundcore Wakey which i basically never use and when i went to check its settings following a long power cut, there was an ad for the splash screen. full motion video, had to wait several seconds to skip the bloody thing. thanks, guys. thanks so much.

  • App is a death blow to the A20 Sleep headphones.

    The headphones are great. The app is a nightmare that makes them literally unusable. You also can’t use the app without internet. Want to adjust the volume, settings, or sounds? Good luck. My headphones are connected via Bluetooth but the app can’t find them randomly. When I does work You must to have an account to get to settings. All to use headphones you already paid $150 for. First and last time I buy from this company.

  • White Noise - where is it?

    The app mentions white noise, but doesn’t have a simple generator for that… or brown noise, or any other plain noise.

    A full screen ad for other product offerings appeared at app launch as a splash screen!!! Great! I like being able to launch immediately to change the EQ settings, not be advertised to so intrusively! I feel such ire!!!

    This app is pretty much a requirement to use many of the features of soundcore earbuds. So why on earth are you subjecting users to unskippable advertisements for your little kickstarter dropship thing?!

    Does a great job showing sleep history when you want it to connect. Headphones are great. App is a pile of trash.
