  • Refuses to connect

    Terrible app. You’ll have your headphones connected and will be listening to music, but the app will say they aren’t connected. So you need to refresh the app over and over until it decides to work. It’s the most basic feature of this app and it can’t even do that right.

  • 620MB is way too big

    The app is relatively easy to use and pretty stable but why in gods name is app 620MB big??? The functionality of the app is pretty simple and not very complex. Soundcore please hire some more knowledgeable iOS developers who are able to slim down the app size by at least 50% if not more.

  • “AI” garbage? good-bye and good riddance

    can’t stand the way every corporation is racing to destroy the planet with these asinine “AI” chatbots. my SoundCore products are hitting the trash can, and i’ll never buy another thing from them.

    A headphone drivers app shouldnt need 1gb just for an AI nobody will use. The team lead who approved this should be demoted.

    No charging connection indicator (you can’t know if it’s properly in the charge cradle), the preloaded sounds are awful, stays connected to your phone even when they are in the cradle charging, constantly won’t charge. Trash app, trash product.

  • Why have an app if you can’t do anything

    Half of the time won’t connect to my device and never saves my settings for the touch on my headphones.

  • Worked with my Soundcore Space Ones until iOS update

    Update : app still pretty much useless. Even when headphones actually in use through phone Bluetooth pairing - app shows not connected and instructs to go to settings. How did they mess this up so much? — So now I’m waiting for this app to update because it sends me to settings to connect my Soundcore Space Ones which are already paired and connected through the phone settings. Hope they fix that because I do not need another useless app on my phone.

  • AI Gives Bad Info

    The Anker website AI told me to download this to correct an issue with my headphones however they are not supported by this app.
