    Still have banner ads smack in the middle of camera view THAT YOU CANNOT CLOSE!!! Very annoying seemed they don’t care about the use and security of their customers just advertising! If I want more stuff I’ll go to their website like I did to begin with. This only makes me want to buy less and look for other options.

  • Notifies on everything or nothing

    I have several cameras and a doorbell camera. I want them all to be motion sensitive, but I only want to be alerted by the doorbell camera. However, no matter how I try to fix it on my iPhone it won’t work. For instance, I got the notifications working on my doorbell just fine. But all the other cameras are not working. Not even recording when motion is detected. Sure could use some help here.

    How on earth is there not a feature to filter by time. Scrolling to a recording taken in the morning of any day takes AGES.

    Pros: App is reliable and laid out pretty well. Cameras feel and act high quality and hold up to Phoenix heat. Nice picture on the two I have (solocam E30 & indoor S350) 2k and 4k respectively. Tracking is super accurate. Geofencing has worked like it should. Works great with ios. No subscription! Could go on n on. AI is great and can distinguish between pet, car, people (using base 3). And by deselecting “other” for outdoor cam motion, the swaying shadow of the tree stopped triggering the cam; amazing! Triggering is very sensitive (even on medium) picking up cars down the road. Cons: audio is pretty bad; a bit garbled and like it has a strong gate on it ( to keep low noise out) before it lets audio through (wish this was adjustable). More refining notification options would be nice. Hard to explain but outdoor E30 is at roof edge over walkway; it stops following people when the cam has to tilt to far down. If AI could assume the direction of the movement and keep following general direction within its limits would be great. I may have to move camera to a more lateral position. Settings can be hard to find within menu even though its laid out pretty nice.

  • Functions ok - UI needs a lot of work

    UI is just ok. Needs a lot of work. 1) UI is mostly a way to serve ads 2) listing of events can be slow to load 3) listing of events frequently is not complete for the current day 4) events list is not accurate for multiple days (calendar mode). It can take a long time to indicate events exist for most days. Sometimes I won’t see any events for any day but then later events for previous days will suddenly show. 5) Select All option selects only the displayed list which frequently is missing items from the current day. There needs to be a way to select ALL events (from all days) so you can truly delete ALL events. 6) After deleting events, the calendar button is covered by a notification which prevents selecting the calendar option. This should be a regular pop up notification and not the custom notice they’ve created. There’s more but I’m tired of typing this list. NEEDS WORK

    1 star! Every 60 seconds pop up keeps coming up saying it drains the battery if you keep watching? Obviously I know. Allow us to always allow it and bypass popup. It also keeps buffering after 60 seconds and reloads. Nonsense

  • Needs some app functionality

    The cameras are great. But the app needs some work. You have to click the camera view multiple times to get it to register your click. And for everything holy on this earth, please add the ability to snooze notifications for 30 minutes or 60 minutes like Ring does. It’s incredibly annoying to get 5000 notifications when your spouse is mowing grass or your kid is playing in front of the camera. But if you turn off notifications altogether you have to remember to turn them on later, or risk missing important notifications.

    It’s hard to beat this machine. It has everything I need to clean my kitchen and living room and all rooms in my house. It does a great job. I can’t believe it took me so long to try it.

  • Geofencing issues

    Overall, a good app and nice design. My one issue that keeps causing me problems is geofencing is broken. My partner and I will both be home, within the geofence, and the app will randomly say a device is no longer available,switching the security mode when it shouldn’t. Even when we are both on home WiFi that is shared with the HomeBase. I’ve made sure all devices allow location services always and background refresh is enabled. The problem is permanently resolved if one of the devices goes into Eufy > Modes > Geofencing and taps save. This happens almost daily right now. Please investigate this issue.
