    I had to read an acsm file and therefore needed to download this app. I saw all the 1 star ratings at the app store and thought, “surely this can’t be right.” But upon using the app for the first time, I immediately realized that these ratings were spot-on. ADE is truly the worst digital reader I have ever used. Lesson learned. I will never request any file in acsm again. They should remove this app from the store.

    This app doesn’t work on any of my Apple devices. All of my devices are up to date so the issue seems to be with this app.

    I do not understand why none of the issues for this app have been resolved. It is extremely slow, glitchy, and frustrating to use all around. I would never voluntarily use this app. Both the iPad and desktop version are horrible. I wish I could get the books I've purchased that use this app in another format. Please fix this Adobe!

    Still doesn’t work as of July 2025. Adobe has yet to address any issues on mobile, what a bummer. No wonder people don’t choose this app, they are essentially forced because of school/work requirements.

    What a confusing mess. Why does the San Francisco public library even deal with this? Completely use your unfriendly. Delete the app and just read it in the browser.

    The books can’t be read if the page is white. Try changing them to either black page and white printing or a greenish page. Then it’s fine. It’s at the bottom of the page that looks like a little sun. Took me hours to find this out.

    I use the desktop app all the time with no trouble. I just spent 40 minutes trying to access a book from the library, and I’m nearly in tears. I give up.
