    What is even the point anymore? This app was perfect, intuitive, flowed with anyone's creativity. It's was a joy as well as inspiring to play with or utilize for whatever came along. Flyers, social, holidays, logos, art! Now what used to take me short time to design now takes hours. First they took icons away from iOS. Then a year later WITHOUT ANY DIALOGUE ON WHEN WE MIGHT EXPCT A RELAUNCH....we finally get a new update that's somehow a complete mess. Do you think that touchscreen iOS people have keyboards? I design with my finger or for real detailed items I use a pencil tool. Then Pop-up menus getting in the way of my view, you can't pinch the screen to enlarge or group items in a way that stays put....a screen moves away entirely when you try to enlarge it....we have an editing bar that makes no sense down at the bottom bc when you just brush it and it goes back and you lose your work. Or blocks valuable design real estate. The nudge button which is so valuable—gone. Why? I used to be able to design on my full screen now I just have this little square in the middle surrounded by all this stuff w no way to safely move thing without losing a group or it disappear from view.... And AI? How did you train that I wonder? Did I pay a monthly fee for you to steal all my work to train your AI so you can make money off of it? Of course you did! Did you ask me? Of course you didn't. I want to be creative and make things myself...I don't want AI to come up with some slosh that looks like the stuff before it and after it. For some fantasy quest book cover from the 80s. Or Facebook yuck. Does anyone know how an iPad works? Because this app is really really bad. No joy, no creativity, no flow. And I pay for this on top of it all for the rest of my life with a monthly subscription. If this team cared at all they would've asked for input from the very people that use it for what they use it for. You just took away and then waited over a year to come up with this? Truly crushing. I paid for that the whole time I couldn't use it for what I used it for. Any apologies? Any open communication? Collaboration? Reimbursement? Nada. That's how much you expect your demographics. Let people keep the old version, re-add the icons and let us be good to go. Instead we get this version. I mean why did it take so long for this? Awful interface. UX subpar. Too many cooks in the kitchen and not enough collaborators with full autonomy. And yes—positive feedback goes both ways. You have people asking for help and nobody getting back to them. You have people wanting to offer ways to make it better there is no communication. You get more positive reinforcement if you were actually open to it instead of taking things away. And one last thing… People been asking for a graph template for a decade. But it's sad that I have to go get a square icon and measure it on one side vs the other side to see if it matches.....so professional Adobe. LOL I mean.....smh. Sigh.

    Adobe express website and app has stop working completely. I want a refund. All other adobe apps are working except this one.

    The video editing is incredibly frustrating. It buffers and stutters when playing. Sometimes the audio does not line up. It’ll jump around from where I’ve selected. Use Capcut for video editing. I have grey hairs from this app

  • iPad version is not good

    I've been a user of this app for a long time. It is great for desktop and iphone users, so i don't understand why it fails to work on ipad, a device that is supposed to be more powerful than an iphone 11. My iPad is 5th generation, so it is newer than iphone 11, and yet, even to create the simplest meme (simple background and text), it glitches, the text take a long time to type in and it makes my iPad heat up. It's annoying!

    Why? It's not even remotely close to the same app I've used in the past. Hard to produce anything like I used to. Unless I want to make memes or invitations. Can't produce art.

    This used to be a great app for quickly combining multiple elements into a story or IG post. The desktop user experience is translated poorly to the iOS user experience. They’ve also prioritized using templates rather than honing the toolset to help you make your own content. Skip this and use photoshop on your computer for serious work, and find a faster sleeker alternative app for your mobile needs.
