    Your questions are invasive and useless. You don't need to know what "level" I work at. "What do you struggle with in sending E-Mail?" NONE?? I struggle most with you NOT LETTING ME IN THE APP??? What is wrong with you?? You don't need to know a single question asked there.

    I’ve used spark for years. But recently, two things have bugged me to no end and have me looking around for other options. The first is minor but just reduces the polished feel of the app - when you swipe to archive or delete an email, instead of a smooth shift of remaining messages upward like it used to, the UI snaps messages jerkily. The second is really what is having me looking around for alternatives - selecting text inside an email is just terrible now. You can select what you want, the cursor jumps around, and half the time I resort to screenshotting and using iOS to select text from the image. I’ve about had it to be honest. Update: recent updates have made composer almost completely unusable as it doesn’t scroll (and won’t scroll) as you type. So you can see nothing you’re writing. I’ve been a paid subscriber for years, but I’m cancelling and migrating to something else if this doesn’t get fixed. I see others have this issue as well.

    I love this app. It’s everything you would expect the default Apple Mail app to be. The AI stuff is mostly useless. It isn’t powered by any chatbot software that enables to behave in proper ways like asking it find all emails regarding this thing and then to create a label for all those things and then to ask it if it can change a default signature to something else. Very limited. But the main issue is not being able to scroll in the composer. It severely limits the amount of proper work I’m able to get done from mobile where it’s most important. Fix this please!!!

    About a month ago I spent two entire days deleting and archiving all my old emails. Then I was happy with Spark because I could deal with each email as it came in and not get overwhelmed. Until today! Suddenly there are more than 6,000 old emails in my inbox. Now I have to delete them all over again! To make matters worse, I used to be able to swipe to "done" to archive an email. Suddenly now it is "done/not done" (what does that even mean?) and nothing happens. So to get rid of old emails I have to delete them, when I would rather archive them for my records. I am so mad that Spark has been ruined. I pay good money for it and I expect it to work as expected! I am so incredibly furious with Spark. Please tell me why this happened and what I can do to fix it. And please let it swipe to "done" again. I don't even understand the purpose of "not done" since you can just leave an email where it is and it will obviously be not done. And having both "done" and "not done" be the same gesture is insane. Especially since it doesn't do anything! I am sooooooo mad.

    The new iOS glass UI totally sucks! Functionality is completely broken. Can’t draft an email reply anymore because the keyboard stays visualized over the typing area, not allowing you to see why you are typing. Completely unusable anymore.

    I’ve been using Spark for iOS with Google as my email provider for a few years now. When I started, the killer features were/are: multiple stored signatures and option to remove all formatting from formatted text. It’s my main of three iOS email apps I use regularly because each has important features that the other two lack. The recent update gets me closer to eliminating one of my other mail clients, the Gmail app. Spark now displays Gmail Labels on an email and allows them to be changed from within Spark. It also has a setting to prevent automatic loading of images, which allows me to read email more stealthfully. I hope that future updates continue to improve Gmail integration so I can eventually stop having to turn to the Gmail app for certain features, including: Thank you.

    Spark has always been my go to. I just love that it’s different with the app icon being a paper airplane instead of some app icons being of a regular envelope. Even if I was trying to find alternatives to switch to, I would come back to this app. I’ve felt comfortable with it but there are 2 things I don’t like. For one, I don’t like that the basic features like blocking senders and the domain of spam emails is behind a paywall. Those should stay free. Second thing I don’t like is how Spark doesn’t have a one tap unsubscribe button but other email clients do. I’m still waiting on this feature. I even suggested it idk how many times but the team needs to put this feature in motion immediately. Also, another feature that should be implemented is the ability to see verified senders with a blue checkmark appearing beside them.
