    Since they moved to creating a workout based on the users goals, I really love this app. I can tell it how many circuits I’d like to do, what intensity, and what part of my body I would like to work. Of course, sometimes there are exercises that I don’t think I will profit from, but that’s when I can sub in my favorite exercises. Great updates and a great way to get a little bit of exercise before starting the day.

    I love this app but it’s so annoying scrolling for the workouts I want. Would be nice if you could favorite a few and keep them pinned at the top or something
