    I’m loving the bikes, the only thing I don’t like is, the seat adjuster. It’s VERY hard to adjust up our down. I hurt my hand and broke a nail, the first time. And no, I’m not talking about a fake nail. I would like it if y’all made the seat adjuster more easy to move. Please & thank you.

    This app charged me $50 for riding the bike one time for five minutes. Then proceeds to kick me out of the app and not let me log back in after it already charged me 120 for the annual pass.Fitfo

    Not worth it unless you want to lose a couple hours off of your day. App is barely functional and returned bikes are not registered in app.

    Imagine being amped up to coast along the stunningly beautiful and peaceful Trinity River for two weeks on three separate occasions, following guided directions, to no avail! What has been proclaimed as an easy and seamless process has been everything but! Trinity Metro I was rooting for you, but I am severely disappointed in this service. Your customer service has been somewhat appropriate because when contacted they did reset my password when I assumed that was the problem. However, I have pulled up to 3 different bike stations and have left with my heart as connected to my convenient-morning-biking-desire as the bike has to its docking station. It should not be this difficult to journey on one of your bikes! Please fix this!

    Do not rent if you want to spend 50$ Deposits that are none refundable and it’s per bike you rent. And it’s an additional 25 if you get “flex” on top of that 50$ better get “pay as you go” if you must rent.
  • Rude service & double deposit

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. It’s been two weeks since I was charged a $50 deposit twice for one bike, when I called to get help, the woman on the phone was impatient, rude, and kept cutting me off. She showed zero interest in resolving the issue and acted like I was an inconvenience. I’ve followed up multiple times, and the double charge is still not fixed. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be using their services again and don’t recommend anyone else does either.
