  • Problems with the in app navigation

    I’ve been driving for almost a year now as a side gig and the main problem I’ve noticed is the navigation either giving me the wrong directions having me turn down one ways and alleys or it’ll reroute itself multiple times in the middle of me driving which is really frustrating. Some areas in my hometown I’m familiar with so i know when the Lyft navigation is having me take a route that’s longer or having me make unnecessary turns and I’ll have to use Apple Maps sometimes.
  • Scheduled rides have serious bug

    There is something seriously wrong with scheduled rides. They keep disappearing on people. I do them everyday so I know what I have to do to not lose them. Yesterday I was sitting at the actual address of the ride and the system went and gave it to another driver. I found a thread online from over a year ago about this, so this issue has been going on for some time. It’s costing drivers A LOT of time and gas. And what’s the point of this available rides on the map? All it’s doing is taking drivers’ eyes off the roads while they look, review, and request only for the ride to be unavailable by the time you do. A fellow driver told me it already caused him to have an accident. You lock our app up when we’re driving so we can’t communicate with our riders while we are moving but this is ok?? Doesn’t make sense to me.

    The app makes a the ringing noise when there is a ride nearby, but it only shows a blank screen, and the icon moves back and forth, indicating that there are nearby rides without displaying any ride information. Also, When the app is displayed on the car screen, it appears blank, but it works fine on the phone. I keep having to check my phone to view the rides when it should be easy to see them on the car display. Additionally, the app glitches when I decline a ride, displaying the message, “There’s something wrong.”

    They pay below minimum wage after expenses. Basically community service, but the app and the riders are great. Just management goes too far with their third party partners, especially those scheduled rides. Pay too low

    Es increíble que solo $53 dólares genere después de haber estado conectado 9 horas la peor aplicación de ride compartido Ojo a los nuevos conductores se llevarán una desilusión tremenda norme si desean conducir para LYFT La recomendación es no porque la primer semana te consentirá pero después de la primer semana si ganas para poner gasolina al tanque es mucho te ofrecerá ganancias de más de 3000 mil dólares por semana lo cual es mentira aparte le dará preferencia a los pasajeros por cualquier disputa y terminando afectándote a ti como conductor entre otras cuestiones simplemente para la plataforma no serás valorado

    El app de Lyft Driver no tiene opción a ponerlo en pantalla completa, sale una ventana demasiada pequeña y a veces sale una opción de rotación ni sé cómo pero este solo rnfoca una parte del app, arréglenlo esta horrible

    Sitting here at airport for 3 hours in line, because other drivers cuts the line, going before you because they have express passes, who doesn’t not have pass, they never get ahead of lane, never gets customer from airport at airport ord Chicago, you did that new feature that allows drivers drop off, and pick up customers without getting in line at staging area, while drivers in line at staging area sitting without moving online 4 hours, I was on a line at staging area yesterday sat 4 hours, never moved, I went home, today it’s been 3 hours and line is not moving, because of new feature to match who is dropping off people picking up a clients without getting in line Been here at line at airport, when I got after 4 hours of waiting 20$ ride the app logged me out and restarted it self threw me to sign up to drive page I guess agents getting paid for the time the chat is open, and the guy is now sitting in the chat won’t close the chat even I asked him end chat , he keeps saying can I help you , and disturbing messaging while I’m driving, for holding chat open he gets paid I guess, the interesting part is he couldn’t resolve the problem, and I said ok end chat , but he won’t what a scammer Everything is not fair in this app, why some people get customers in airport without sitting in a line, and other thrown back in line sitting here , why can’t you make fair pick up line, and why you play with prices every single minute, why for same mileage different price
