    This app is a lot better than I expected. I am a 75+ male who works out a lot. However I have knee and shoulder issues that after doing a series of these exercises once a day I have found less stiffness or soreness and increased flexibility. They may look like too easy of exercises but try them and you will see how good they are

    I like the reminders! But the app has some annoying bugs. For example after a few sessions it forgets my settings and returns me to something pretty lame and boring (no dumbbells, different coach I don’t like). And some things just don’t work, like the skip button during exercises.

    This is actually fun and feels so good. I like having a coach. It keeps me motivated. I really dislike exercise but this is really great. I look forward to it every day. Really like the convenience
