    I do pushups to make my bod tight. I love when the opposite sex checks me out and doing pushups and pull-ups is a great way for the dobis on the go to get validation from others. I wish you all a pleasant new shrivens moon!

    This is a simple, no frills FREE app that quickly helps you increase your max pushups. I use this for my physical fitness test for the military every year. Before I used it, I had never done (and could not do) even a single pushup. The first year and every year since, I’ve maxxed out my pushups. This app is gold. I’ve recommended it to everyone who asks how in the world I max out.

    This app gives a very systematic, gradual program for increasing your strength to eventually get to goal of being able to do 100 pushups in a session. Note that doesn’t mean “without a break”! I’ve done this program before when I was in better shape. Now I’m starting up again, in a lot worse shape, but there’s still a level for me. Highly recommend.

    Do not buy! The assumption is that this “Pro” version has a progression leading to 100 consecutive pushups. No where in the iPhone App Store does it mention that it merely progresses to 5 sets of 20 pushups with rest breaks in between. I can already do 20 consecutive pushups, so it was a waste of money. The developer doesn’t respond and Apple won’t refund me. Beware!!!

    I just re-opened this app after not using for many years, and I was happy to see it’s still super easy to use. No frills, just what you need to stay on track to reach the goal.

    I downloaded this app for me and my son to do together. We love it because it’s easy to use, keeps us accountable and we see results in our strength and stamina when doing pushups! So far we’re on week 7. Sometimes we do more then the 3 a week it suggest. Just go at your own pace.
