    I’m motivated and the app gives the right amount of check in and encouragement. Pleasant voice and not overbearing. I don’t need a noise telling me how great I’m doing, but the occasional inspirational/motivational comments have helped me to feel good about continuing. The app has a program to work and easy to read data to chart my progress. Handy Easy to use Motivational Built in plan to success It’s working

    After my second baby 8 months ago I was nervous to get back into running. I love that this app gradually builds up the interval intensity. This is very doable if you have 3 days a week to commit.

    What app allows you to arbitrarily skip your workout to the end and it says congratulations? I thought the double arrows was to show more information about my progress like average speed, my total distance ran, etc. it skipped to the cooldown and says “you did it”. And when I tried to get back to the normal run, it restarted my run and I lost information on all the progress I had made. This is useless. I had to simply turn back and go home. There are simpler apps that are free that give all the information about your run and I thought, for $40, I would get a lot in this. A total rip off. Glad I did not buy the 10k.

    There are bugs in the app when it’s on the running portion of the workout. It stops with the counter with 30 seconds left. It’s not all the time, just occasionally. Needs to be fixed!

    I used to run a 5K every day, but after 14 years with little kids, I am definitely not in running shape anymore! This app is great because it lays out the plan for me and all I have to do is follow it. Very little brain work on my part, which is what I need!

    I’ve always struggled with staying motivated but this app makes it a lot easier to stick to. the workouts are HARD at first but with some new shoes and and some good music they get much much easier. excited for my first 5K!
