    I think this is a great app, but I can’t find how to reset it after being away for a while, or how to modify my goal

    I’m giving this 1 star. I already paid before. Also There used to be a free version and they take all your information and the survey is long on purpose to make you feel like you have to subscribe at the end. It’s a good app on its own, no need to be manipulative. Just make the survey voluntary and add a decline button. In its current state I can’t use this app and just use timers on my own.

    I enjoy using this app and think it has the potential to be truly great. The interface is clean, the guided structure keeps me consistent, and the workouts are motivating. However, a few missing features hold it back from being as useful as it could be. There’s currently no way to indicate whether you’re running on a treadmill or outside, which makes tracking feel less accurate since effort and pace vary so much between the two. The app also gives timed intervals but doesn’t suggest any speed or pace ranges to target, which would be especially helpful for beginners or anyone training with specific goals. Another limitation is the lack of flexibility for extra runs—right now you can’t select additional workouts beyond the required three per week. It would be great to choose optional runs for extra days and decide exactly what type of run you want to do. Overall, this is a solid app with a lot of promise. Adding these features would take it from good to truly great.

    I’m late to writing this review since I started using it last year. After 17 years of doing nothing, I used this app to try to get back in shape and try to “run” for a change. I never thought I would be able to do it but this app allowed me to do just that. I went from not running at all to doing a 5K, then I joined a group in a relay for a half marathon, then did a 10K race! Not only that, because of this app I kept going and I was able to run a half marathon at the end of the year! This app is so amazing that now I recommend it to everyone. If you want to go from not running at all to a 10K runner, download this app and follow it exactly as it’s meant to be. Before you know it, you will be running too!

    I’ve been using this app for 10 years. I go through periods of running a lot and not running at all, but this has been my go to app for 10 years. It’s always consistent. It never has terrible new updates where the whole interface changes, it is reliable and consistent. I never have to refigure out how to use this app. I bought it once and I have not had to pay for it again. I have not had ads or a dumb subscription service forced onto me. This is everything I want most apps to be. Reliable, consistent, and pay for it once. Thank you team for the great app.

    helps me get back into running. love everything about it. just wish it could also show pace and times but i use my apple watch workout as well and use segments to get each pace when walking and running
