Better off just getting the food yourself.multiple times Iāve gotten cold food Because they scheduled multiple orders. Didnāt go anything about it once I complained. Not getting my money anymore and the delivery fee is to expensive.

Wouldnāt refund my order because I contacted them 50 hours after it was placed and not within their 48 hour policy that I wasnāt aware existed. I had thought the order was already being refunded and was checking my acct and saw I wasnāt refunded after 2 days which prompted me to reach out.

Trust me when i say i order a lot from these delivery apps and postmates is by far the worst and most incompetent customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life.
Save yourself some frustration, and especially some money, by using doordash. If there is ever an issue, and there rarely is, they have ALWAYS fully refunded me for me entire orderā¦ TIP INCLUDED! I literally just had a postmates agent told me their policy is only 20% refund!!! For their mistake!!! And the have the audacity to ask you how youd like to be robbed!!! 20% or $6.95!!!!!
Doordash clearly cares about their customers while postmates only cares about their bottom line and stealing peoples money with their 20% return policy.

This app and ubereats (which are both owned by Uber) always get my orders wrong. And the latest time Iāve tried ordering they immediately refused to refund me before even requesting a picture of the order, meanwhile an entire different name was on the order. Such scummy business practices.

Few months ago I ordered a meal for $15.68 few weeks ago it was now $16.69 and now itās $17.89 fees $5-$10 while in store the meal is $14.99
App needs better translation service

Communicating with individuals on the app who donāt speak the same language as me is impossible. The Google translated messages I get never make sense.
My building has multiple sets of stairs and my instructions say to leave it at the bottom of the staircase right inside the entrance. I think when translated, delivery people are interpreting this as leave it at the āendā of the stairs which creates a lot of confusion.
