    I have used postmates for years. But today I discovered what a terrible organization this is. Please never support this company. Here is exactly what happened- I ordered food, the restaurant kept delaying the delivery. App still said food is preparing. After waiting an hour, I called the restaurant. No human picked up and it went through a voice AI. I then proceeded to cancel the order and requested a refund. I spoke to an agent and was told that since the food is already prepared and I canceled the order, I will not get a refund. I then asked if the food is prepared, can it be delivered and was told that since the order is cancelled, I won’t get it what I ordered and no refund. In summary, no food, no refund.

    Stop HIRING PEOPLE THAT CANT SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH. I made 2 separate orders today and they were both complete FAILURES. I got none of the things I asked for. I hate this app and will NOT be using it again. Unacceptable.

    I’m done with Postmates. I ordered tacos and paid an extra $1 per taco for avocado and cheese. The restaurant did not add either, yet Postmates only refunded $2 instead of the full $4. I contacted customer service multiple times, which wasn’t easy. and each time they abruptly ended the chat saying I was “already refunded” and that was it. This isn’t the first issue. On a previous order, a restaurant changed the price of an item after I had already placed and paid for the order. The restaurant added an extra six dollars to my total. When I contacted Postmates, they initially told me I owed the restaurant more money and the price was correct. Again, the agent ended the chat abruptly. Even though I received no extras and paid the posted price. I had to keep chatting until I finally reached an agent who admitted I was right and that Postmates should honor the listed price. Customers should not be responsible for restaurant pricing errors or missing items, and we definitely shouldn’t have to fight repeatedly just to get what we already paid for or to get in contact with an agent. This app has turned into a headache, and the customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Postmates owes me money, and I won’t be using this service again. Nor UberEats since they’re one in the same.

    Nobody Bogo’s like Postmates. If you have two people, this is always cheaper than anything else and with Uber One you get great deals on Uber and it’s super cheap as well. If you’re a penny pincher like me you want Postmates.

    Not sure why but when using PayPal I get charged 3 times for my order. The first payment will go through and the other two will stay pending then disappear after a few days but still interferes with me using my bank account. I have tried to ask about this but they don’t give me an explanation they just tell me not to worry about it because they don’t care about my personal problems of course. I don’t even really want to use PayPal either but they force you to do so in order to get your uber one discount. Maybe these services just aren’t meant for each other. I never really had an issue prior to using them separately.

    Definitely a must have when you’re feeling sick when you’re feeling down when you’re feeling tired when you’re feeling depressed and you can’t get up and go get your food yourself this app is a welcome relief
