    Since May 2024, I have been fighting for my business to receive payment of $19,832.80 from Uber Eats, which remains unpaid despite numerous calls, emails, and promises of resolution. For months, I have encountered nothing but silence or vague responses. No accountability, no clear communication, and no resolution. I run a local restaurant, Luzmarys Bolivian Restaurant, and this amount is not just a number—it represents our daily operations, the livelihood of my team, and the future of our business. If this can happen to my restaurant, it can happen to yours. Uber Eats has refused to provide any direct, personal assistance, instead hiding behind automated emails and support tickets. My efforts to resolve this through reasonable communication have been ignored. Now, I have no choice but to take legal action. I urge all business owners to think twice before trusting Uber Eats with your financial wellbeing.     This app is awful and confusing. Each update poses new issues and removes as much functionality as it’s meant to add. GrubHub is way easier to use

    Son unos estafadores, te dicen que tienes que hacer anuncios para crecer las ventas, haces el anuncio, te cobran por el anuncio, aparte del 30% que ya te cobran por el contrato que supuestamente es para promocionarte tu tienda y al final no recibes ni una orden al día de clientes que te encuentran por uber, pero lo peor es que paras el anuncio y te siguen cobrando por el anuncio. Son los más mentirosos y más estafadores de la historia

    Absolutely the WORST APP IVE EVER MADE AN ACCOUNT FOR MY BUSINESS ON ! Horrible customer service from phone reps they LITERALLY CANT DO ANYTHING you have to wait 3yrs for a email response back only to play the waiting game for answers . They charge you for things you DID NOT REQUEST and dont pay you what you make from your sales . DO NOT USE I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD .

    I signed into my uber delivery app, but I cant get passed the loading page. I have closed out of it several times and even updated the app and its still stuck on that same loading screen.

  • Uber Eats is the worst delivery company. Use DoorDash instead.

    Business owners, please save your time and money. Do not work with Uber Eats for your delivery services. You will receive no customer support and lose money on orders because Uber will cancel them even if the customer receives the food. I've already lost hundreds of dollars. Instead, use DoorDash, which offers excellent customer support for business owners..
