    The phone apps for Door Dash and Grubhub are so much more convenient to work with. Allowing you to view the menu, change the prices, upload photos. The Uber Manager app is practically useless, needs an upgrade ASAP.

    Logged into my account and it’s stuck with learning guide. What am I gonna use this for? Trying to access my tax form and this app just can’t corporate.

    Just downloaded this app to my new IPad only to get a screen that looks like it was set up for an iPhone instead. I can’t find out if there other settings that I may have missed.

    One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Contacted them about an issue I had with my delivery and they did absolutely nothing about it. There’s no customer service number so no one to complain to. This is one of the reasons I don’t like dealing with independent delivery services. No thanks.

    Uber is like a bloodsucking vampire that exploits entrepreneurs and delivery drivers, yet provides absolutely no real service. Their app is complete garbage. I applied to register as a restaurant partner on Uber Eats, and after more than a dozen failed attempts, the process is beyond frustrating. Every time, I had to fill out an endless amount of information, and after painstakingly completing everything, it would show “pending review.” By the next day, without fail, it would state that my account had not applied for Uber Eats merchant services. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful!
