    I’m relatively new to uber but when it says x amount guaranteed it should pay you that amount I just drove 45 minutes for $3 dollars but before I accepted the offer it said $14.xx guaranteed with tip atleast DoorDash pays you what they say they are going to without having to be sneaky and only pay people what they want to

    I’ll switch this to 5 stars if you can reactivate my account faster than support is “not doing.” They tell me everytime the same things…I qualify for reinstatement and I need to wait 3 days, log in and give my consent. It never gives me an option to give my consent. I had a 4.9 star rating and I’ve been trying for months to get back out on the road for extra money. I’m disappointed because I used to be one of your all star drivers and most of the uber drivers that pick me up don’t even speak English. You guys should want more people like me driving people around.

    Directions for pickup aren’t always clear, I don’t enjoy going back and forth thru restaurants because of lack of communication and direction trying to pick up orders. It would also be nice to see both orders when u get a request for more than one so you can know all the places you will be going.

    Every time I have had an issue, customer service is 50/50 with a solution. At the beginning I loved uber, but then it just started getting slower and slower over the years. It could just be the market, but my friends all agree.

    The app itself does profile you and it’s a shame how they can have driverless car that can park on the roadside blocking traffic can’t obey police signal nor provide a drivers license to operate but human beings don’t have the same privilege I feel all these apps or slave masters and need to vanish.

    This app will lose you money. Their times to get orders is seriously flawed. You accept an order and even if being right in front of the location, they will remove money or deliveries due to “inactivity “. They allow tip baiting as well. Use door dash or grubhub

  • Killed Premier trips since last two weeks

    Since upfront payments introduced Premier trips went to almost no existent. Constant surges make people not requesting Premier trips, because the prices went sky rocketing 150-200$ for 40 min trips. The app shows Premier as busy almost all day long and no trips being offered. Reservation requests went from every day 2-3 to 0 for the last 10 month. It just goes worse and worse every major update. Looks like Uber X is the only way to get trips. Even ability to keep comfort only or comfort electric to make a couple dollars more is not an option. Everything for the rider and nothing for the driver. New uber slogan 🥳

  • Okay but the system needs work

    It works some of the time but other times either the map glitches or doesn't have updated directions. Such as it'll ask you to make a left turn where there isn't actually one. Also just recently I had just been offered an order for pick up, the route provided was standstill traffic. I had to use my personal gps to try to find an alternate route. While doing so, my order was taken from me due to "inactivity". How does one control standstill traffic???? No compensation or anything even when the customer was communicated to. All around not a reliable side hustle. Too many glitches.
