Over all app is pretty good. very much user friendly. i am using it from past 2 years but i have faced few issues which might helpful to uber team. 1) Navigation: navigation is not accurate all time. it’s quite delayed. also it dose’t update any road closer. a) in my car dashboard instead of showing the name of the next turn, it is showing next to following turn. Ex: my next turn is Trenton E 18 and then i have to take right turn on east garden way. So on screen it shows East gardern way. so it’s very confusing sometime 2) It wont happen frequently, but sometimes i accept delivery, and by the time i reach to the restaurant, some one else have already picked up that delivery. and most of the time i am on time. 3) recently, people order 1 or 2 cheap item from the store and then they called directly to the store and place a big order. when we reached to the store we have to get huge catering order like 3-4 big tray with few other small items. this is so unfair. if we end up delivering big order in cheap price.
  • Distracted driving in app form

Developers spend their time adding useless/annoying features rather than addressing basic usability issues. Frequently takes long periods of time to upload photos of drop off locations, often just crashing and losing the photo in the process. Always asks me if I’m having trouble finding the customer while I’m trying to type in the drop off description. Offers new orders while I’m approaching customer location, obfuscating the map I’m using to navigate. Interrupts podcasts/audiobooks anytime it makes any notification sound. Trip radar is useless, every time I try to accept an offer from the trip radar it is already claimed by another driver (let me disable it, it’s just annoying)

Constantly ripping off drivers. Canceling orders after you already get there with no compensation. Having orders, mission and stolen with no pay for going out there. The worst job you could possibly have.
  • Unfiltered Truth Driving for Uber

Imagine having to drive 15 mins to pick someone up, then 45 mins to drop them off. According to the Uber navigation system that does not account for traffic. You show up and wait for the 2 mins countdown, then have to wait an extra 5 mins to get paid a cancellation fee. (Total of 7 mins) Realistically the drive is about an hour and a half. Now imagine you’re getting paid only $8 dollars for the trip, and you can’t cancel because the ride is “Exclusive” you have to go through the tolls (they don’t actually reimburse you even if they claim they do, I know I did the math myself they take the majority of your earnings) and you have a stop in between the ride which Uber doesn’t have a time for. Then at the end they don’t tip and you get reported for fast driving even though you have dashcam footage which tracks and records everything. Sounds unrealistic but this is the reality of driving with Uber. This whole scenario actually happened to me. Happens more often than not.
  • “Lack of Meaningful Rewards for Platinum and Diamond Drivers”

Uber needs to seriously rethink how it values Platinum and Diamond drivers. Right now, there is almost no real difference between drivers who consistently perform well, maintain high ratings, accept trips, and stay active, and those who do not. The current rewards do not reflect the level of commitment required to reach and maintain Platinum or Diamond status. For many drivers, these tiers have become just a title, without meaningful benefits. Rewards that would actually make a difference include: • Lower service fees for Platinum and Diamond drivers • Monthly cash bonuses based on performance and consistency • Real priority access to higher-paying and longer trips • Significant discounts on fuel, vehicle maintenance, and insurance • Priority access to live human support, not automated responses • Minimum hourly earnings guarantees during low-demand periods Drivers are the backbone of this platform. Without fair and valuable incentives, Platinum and Diamond status lose their purpose, and drivers lose motivation to continue delivering high-quality service. It’s time for Uber to truly recognize and reward the drivers who keep the platform running.

It doesnt give you the real money it offered and also you never get good offers even if you are platinum. I changed my city more than a month but it doesn’t give me new city promotions.

Suck they are beyond bad I would never speak about anything this way unless it brought a lot of unnecessary stress to my life the way you treat people and drivers if I had the money I’d sue your company into the ground I’d literally take every single cent because of all the deception and the way you treat people you should be ashamed this app and support suck the absolute worst support I’ve ever recieved
  • Planner is unnecessary

I use to love where it use to be where we can make money anytime we want instead of having to get scheduled a time zone. Uber eats is trying to be more like DoorDash and it’s just messing up their repetition.
