  • Unreliable scheduled reservation

    Extremely unreliable with scheduled reservation. Doesn’t matter if your a diamond drive with 5 stars 99% acceptance and 1% cancellation rate. Over 6 years with a New Car empty trunk extremely clean and disinfected multiple times a morning. They rather send them to new drivers.

    My Uber driver account was deactivated 2 months ago, neither customer service nor greenlight office helped me. I have been dealing with this for 2 months and I have met at least 15 times with uber customer service and 3 times with greenlight office. I have met with their supervisors, no one wants to help. Everyone sends an automated message. The only purpose of the employees is to stall the person on the phone, they don't try to solve the problem. The reason they give for closing my account is; "You have opened more than one account in your name, this is against the community rules." I am giving my explanation but they don't want to understand. One of the accounts is Uberx and the other is Uber Black. The Uber Black account is already separate. They don't challenge it. When I ask why it was closed, they send me an automated mail. They just say that I violated the community rules without explaining any reason. I ask why, they say they are sending an e-mail and send the same e-mail. This is completely discriminatory, they shouldn't be able to do this without telling me what the real reason is. When they talk on the phone, instead of explaining, they hang up on me. From now on, I'm turning this matter over to the lawyer. I will do whatever it takes, if necessary, I don't care if my account is not active. I just want uber to be held accountable through legal means. I will never let this go, no matter how long it takes.

    Been driving for over 6 years now and as of late the app has been glitching where it will stay open and then after about 30 seconds will close out. Happens In the middle of trips. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app over 5 times now cause this keeps happening.

    i don’t know uber says someone complained about me and it put my account on hold. there is a recording probably. i done nothing. but it takes than long time to release my account to be relaxed that tomorrow i can go back to work. and when i reported safety problem that someone tried to vape in my car it seems something wrong. sometimes just some people in the middle of any conversation or anything just pull out vape and start vaping. some apologies and i say ok just don’t do it but some don’t think is something wrong with it. so i report to uber. but uber is usually have lack of protecting the drivers.

    Overall, I enjoy the functionality of the app, however, a few improvements are needed. For example, allowing streaming music to play while using the record audio safety feature would be nice. Also enabling feature similar to other navigation apps, such as Waze to wear multiple routes can be selected from allowing the driver to choose the best route. I would also really enjoy being able to view the whole route for the fair a little bit longer than a few seconds before deciding to accept. I do enjoy being able to use Waze instead of the Uber navigation however, in all in one ability would be great. Also it would be wonderful if the app would allow a landscape display option. Also would be amazing if the app would allow viewing more options while using car play like trip radar matches and trip locations on the map.

    The fares that the drivers get are way too low compared to what the riders are paying, some times up to50%. In another words we’re not getting paid what we are supposed to.
  • It’s not worth it

    If you calculate everything up at the end of the year, you lose a lot of money you don’t make money with this job especially with the two dollar base pay and two dollar tips plus some days you can be out 12 hours and make $50
