Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver

Llevo esperando desde el año pasado para poder trabajar con ellos y nada que ver son una pérdida de tiempo los llame y escribí y lo que ofrecen no sirve yo espero que por este método me ayuden por qué ya me tienen arto con tanta espera innecesaria

Uber in 2026 start to pay $2.72 per trip in Los Angeles. It was $3 minimum. And Uber drop UberX prices to $2 per mile for riders so drivers will get even worse fare now !!! And Uber price up for Uber Black like $5~7 per mile. Uber charged rider $17 for 3 miles and give driver $3 ? What a joke ??? Uber took over 80% of fare. And give driver 20% less ?! Uber is doing worse !!! On 2025-08 Uber starts giving trips extremely slow now. On busy hour and area only 3~6 trash offer ? It was about 100~200 trips offer. Where are riders ? You will only able to earn gas money !!! You can not earn money on Uber. What happened on The Kia forum ??? A lot of riders request but Uber didn’t trigger surge pay and area Extremely disappointed !!! Wasting my 3 hours waiting and cancel over 200+ trips and wasting my 50 miles gas. Uber why are you do that ? It is not funny at all ! You ruined the concert. You broke drivers and riders !! Uber pay rate is extremely low start from 2025 !!! Surge pay period is too short !! It disappear when you arrive. Waste a lot of gas, time, energy and trust !! Uber now pay $1 per mile which is too low !! I was able to get $2~$3 per mile. Now you don’t have any chance to get that rate anymore !! Uber is now take 80% fares and give drivers 20% or less. How can Uber legally doing this business ??? Uber on Saturday busy hours still paying $1 per mile. It is why customers cannot find drivers.

You have it listed as having emails, however they are NOT emails. You send message but refuse to allow us to respond to them. That’s not an email. Call it what it is. How is it you take 41% of our pay for commercial insurance and demand we pay 2,500.00 as a deductible? My commercial business auto insurance is only 445.00 for full coverage and a 500.00 deductible. My insurance covers more than twice as much as the paper thin insurance you say is the best for us. You’re charging me over 1,000.00 a month stealing 41% of my paycheck for commercial insurance. Please do not send us messages excusing your actions blaming the State Governments for your greed. Then you charge a CA benefits fee too. And the money is Going towards prop 22, by the way, that’s your (Uber) responsibility to pay for not ours! Yet we get no benefits out of it.. Cause I don’t drive so many hours we don’t earn the money that you are collected for us to pay us the money that’s owed to us. I’m currently driving Uber Eats as my backseat is being cleaned as Uber people put gum on it and damaged it. Uber didn’t consider it their responsibility to fix it. So Uber keeps sending me messages telling me to make money drive Uber X (UX). However, with gum on the back seat I cannot drive knowing someone will sit in it. I’ve received seven notifications for me to drive UX

This is probably the WORST company on the planet. The app never works correctly, it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of support and when you do get a hold of them, they never help. If there is any kind of payment issues…just forget it… you lost your money. Not to mention that they are constantly ripping drivers off with very very low paying rides. If you are thinking of driving for uber try to figure out how much you are left with from making about $10 per hour and after your vehicle gas, maintenance, wear and tear and insurance costs.

Today, I learned that my Uber driving account was terminated without any explanation. I know other drivers have faced similar situations, but I truly never thought it would happen to me. I’ve always taken pride in doing this job the right way — treating every rider with respect, following the rules, and maintaining a great record. Uber driving has been an important part of my livelihood, and I’ve met so many amazing people along the way. It’s really disheartening to lose access to something I worked hard to build, especially without knowing why. I hope Uber can be more transparent with drivers like me who care deeply about providing good service and doing things the right way.

I've never seen such a terrible backend system. A background check has taken two months and still isn't complete. Other platforms work fine, but this one won't approve my application. 👍👍👍

Uber Eats has decided to become DoorDash if you’re anything lower than Platinum. Completely removing the flexibility they once offered that caused me to leave DoorDash and do Uber instead. Highly disappointing.

Uber Eats support repeatedly sent me between Checkr and Uber without explaining that I needed additional identity documents beyond a driver’s license and SSN. This was never disclosed upfront and wasted hours of my time.

Uber is fatally flawed. Incompetent management and horrible app. Avoid Uber.
