  • Changes to pay bills is very annoying

    I have many payees to make monthly payments (utilities, broadband, medical, etc). In the last 6 months a change was made for the IOS app that now shows a list of previous payees in no specific order (like by name or by most recent). This happens when I select the icon to make a payment. I then have to scroll all the way to the bottom to continue to select the option to go to the original payee page listing to find who I need to pay for this month. This adds more clicks and scrolls actions which used to be far easier. This is TERRIBLE user experience app interface in this specific area and I hope the developer sees this to fix this issue. Worked great before and now is more frustrating.

    There is some kind of bug when you try to update Phone number. Iit just throw your out of application. That’s why I can’t even call the bank, because I can’t verify myself with old number

    Another suggestion ignored by BofA. Erica is a nuisance, and customers should have the ability to disable it. The app is too crammed full of features I never use. We should also be able to set the dashboard as the default home page. Ugh!

    Frustrating app so slow after clicking something Where is a dark mode? Lets you change the app icon to a dark one but not the any screens in the app. I get alot of headaches so the screaming white of your app never plays well. I think its about time to change guys….. we are in the 2000’s, so still do not have to be caveman version Advantage is i can pay my bills easily which is why there are 2 stars Dark mode is a game changer for me…..
