    App is completely useless & worthless - why bother offer this app if it won’t let you log into your account? Furthermore, just spoke with customer service, & they are of no help whatsoever.

    Worst app experience among all other business related apps. It prompts for “mandatory updates” today and there is no update available in the store. (I recall this is not the first time it creates a loop hole for such).
  • Their math doesn’t math

    It’s pretty bad that a bank company’s credit statements can’t math. If amount x is owed then later an amount (from statement x) is credited, you’re not still owed the original amount from amount x on statement! The app and their system is hung up on not receiving the full amount of statement. It’s saying my account is past due for an amount that was credited after statement creation. They also claimed they can’t send me paper statements and my company would have to send my cc statements 😂😂 Nothing about this card, app, statements, and math makes sense. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes explaining their math doesn’t add up. I was practically speaking in crayon. They finally got the picture and created a case internally.

    First time user. Can’t get logged in on app but can successfully login via webpage. App just keeps erroring. Just downloaded app last week and confirmed that I’m on the latest version. Had to call Global Card Services and Carl was a great help getting me logged on to the webpage. Webpage asks for my security code and again I get a similar error like on the app. Will confirm it some other time because I’m a little worn out from this.

    They need to reform their verification process. They make you go through 20 questions of verification and cannot tell you if you failed until the end. This wastes valuable time and was delivered in a manner that gives the notion that they enjoy denying you.

    App (as well as website) only shows transactions. No options to see payments made to account (no clear guide to see how to view if actually available). Statements don’t show payments made either - I only know what my company sent BofA as the approved payment which makes it hard to reconcile expense reports if you already paid for expenses in a subsequent billing statement and there’s no indication in the app (or website) of what was paid.

    Every time I attempt to open the app it says I need to update and directs me to the App Store where it show up to date. Been like this for months!
