It is not a reliable means of authentication. It is very sensitive and super glitchy.

App gets stuck I. Device activation mode without a way to move fwd. meanwhile calling the helpdesk only option provided sends a code to the mobile device where it’s still stuck in device activation mode. App and service are terrible. Not well thought out e2e.
Try again, Do better!

Hello, it's 2025. Why can't you create modern security software that: functions properly. Has an interface that is simple to use. Instead we have Flagship Authenticator.
Is it budget, lack of competent talent? Should you start a GoFundMe account to help hire talent? Try again, do better.
Push Authentication

I’m not sure what all the negativity is about in the reviews. I authenticated using Push Authentication and this was the fastest the system has ever logged me into the VPN that I’ve seen in all my years working at Bank of America. I’ve had a laptop since 2013. It took less than five seconds. Why didn’t I know about this before?!

Horrendous app for doing a simple task of authentication. Whenever I click the push notification it says log in failed every single time. And when I click to request a security code it starts another push notification! It also asks for my face id multiple times. Whoever wrote the logic for this app clearly didn’t do a great job on such a basic app.
