    I hope the developers are reading these reviews. There needs to be an option that STICKS to disable push notifications for the mobile token. No, I do NOT want a push notification. I do not want to have to cancel the warning to enable notifications every time I need a token code. I do not have notifications set up for 99% of the apps on my phone ON PURPOSE.
  • Frustrating update

    An update was pushed out on May 19, 2025, with a very annoying “Enable Notifications” message that won’t go away. Even after clicking on “cancel,” the message continues to appear over and over again. I don’t enable notifications for any of my apps, but apparently I’m forced to turn them on for this one. Make it stop!!!!!

    This app thinks my phone is jailbroken every day. I delete and reinstall the app everyday just to get into the bank portal to perform my job. This has been an issue for over a month. The supports solution was delete and reinstall the app. Do better BofA. You have the resources quit waiting for people to complain. Be ahead of the game.

    A bank of this size should be able to develop an app that works on all platforms with relative ease. The fact that I can not access my account tab and examine the balance and transactions, at all(!), is beyond unprofessional and really shows the incompetence of the institution and the lack of respect for their clients. Their customer service could not resolve my issue and I have to login from a browser to get the information I need. I would bank elsewhere if you have that option. Every individual I talked to was polite and professional, but as an institution, the overall experience has been less than adequate. Please fix this embarrassment of a banking application.

    Constantly boots me out or presents issues with depositing checks or won’t deposit a check. Can’t even chat properly. I would give 0/5 if I could.

    Try to deposit check takes picture shows u easy to read and tells you cannot read check. Waste of time
