    Challenging, but commitment is easy due to only a few minutes a day, done before getting dressed in the morning, and I don’t have to count reps because each exercise is timed. I also appreciate the rest segments. I’m not yet completing each segment to my satisfaction because I’m over weight, but I am gradually losing pounds and definitely building strength so will continue to challenge myself.

    Using this app is the best. The daily plan is easy to maintain because workouts are short yet effective and you never get bored because it is never the same as the day before. They also cater to your fitness level and take into consideration any injuries you may have. I can see the difference in my body. It is true to it’s name.

    I love this program. You can adjust to your level of fitness, and pick from several programs. I have lost 25# since January. The only thing I would change is the music. It is worth the yearly fee, much less than a gym (and I can wear my pajamas if I want!)
