Works very well if you can get a good enough picture; if the bird will stay in place long enough.

I recently became interested in bird watching aided by the Picture Bird app—and I’m thrilled to share my experience! This app not only helped me enhance my bird identification skills, but made me feel like a "birdie" in the field. One standout feature is its superior identification system, which surpasses the Melin app I previously tried. Picture Bird allows one to build a personal photo library of your own bird snapshots, complete with location data. This feature is invaluable for keeping track of my sightings and sharing my experiences with fellow bird enthusiasts. Another highlight is the global identification feature, which allows users to see where different bird species are spotted worldwide. This is particularly helpful when I'm traveling or exploring new areas, as I can easily find out which birds are available to observe in various locations. Additionally, the app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for both beginners and seasoned birdwatchers to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this bird watching app for anyone looking to elevate their birdwatching experience!

Didn't like the minute long ad at the start followed by asking for money. Tell me you want money first so I can stop wasting my time with the app 🙄

Before loading the app it was a 7 day free trial. Next day was billed for the most expensive subscription for a year. I had no chance to evaluate. Deceptive and not worth my time or money.
