I can’t access any of my charms. Once I click on the envelope the next page just freezes. There’s no easy way to contact support to figure this out. So many ads and it’s hard to click off of them. Some of the adds are questionable and feel like spam.

An add after every single move I make? And $7.99 a month to remove? Get a grip.
  • Ads ruin it, fine otherwise.

If I got to pay a one time fee and never have ads again I’d do it. But a subscription is not worth it at all for a MOBILE GAME, especially one based off a board game.
  • Predatory

The developers have tweaked the interface on this game to trick you into connecting it to your Facebook so they can mind that data they're very sneaky about it sometimes it'll pop up quick asking you to connect to Facebook if you're not paying attention you can easily quit yes without realizing it. . Dirty deeds I don't know why Apple allows this!

This app is full of bots masquerading as human players. Why would I ever pay $8 a month or deal with ads after every turn to play against bots?
  • Getting stuck in ads!

I really like this game but I get stuck in ads and can’t get out. And as much as I like this game I can’t afford $30 a month to get rid of the ads. I quit Words With Friends and started playing Scrabble Go, but now it’s just as bad as Words! Will probably quit this game too!

Game forces you to look at advertisements after every move which take 3x tries to exit out of it. Then they try to have you subscribe for like $5-$10 a month to have no ads?! Yeah, I’m good. This game doesn’t make you money and has no right to attempt extortion.
  • Way too many ads

The game is good but there are way too many ads to make it worth playing. An ad after every turn, after every game. It was too much
