    Y’all shouldn’t have changed the shape of the board on the game. You should have left it in a square instead of a circle that way people actually KNOW WHAT THEY’RE landing on!! In the circle you can’t tell what you’re about to land on!! If I could give you no stars, I would but I have to give you SOME so you ONLY get one. But seriously, please consider changing the board back to a square instead of a circle?!

    The way the game is designed you have to spend a lot of time or a lot of money to get dice. They launched the latest Peg-E game with just 5 tiers of prizes so after spending well over 3000 dice because the way these work is you earn Peg-E currency by playing the board with dice currency, there’s literally no prizes. Normally, the game would move to a new tier with more prizes and here the game continued with nothing so basically they have effectively ripped off every user that completed the event that spent dice to build up Peg-E currency to play that event. When I messaged Customer Service he basically said he’d pass the feedback on and that there’s nothing they could do when I asked well are they actually going to do something or are you gaslighting me? Now if the shoe was on the other foot and you found some way to get a ton of dice that you didn’t pay for, THEY would likely be up in arms and BAN your account because you’re effectively stealing from them. But they have no problem stealing from you and telling you to kick rocks. They should be paying out everyone that finished that event and had coins left over whatever the point overage was in dice on at least a 1:1 ratio to make that square. In some states this is a crime under the attorney generals office and consumer protection agencies, because dice are considered currency since they cost money and you took currency with no product or service rendered.

    There should be an option to converse among your teammates during team games. Or to talk to your friends on here. Also can you please bring back the option to earn more rolls like before. I really missed that. And loved earning my rewards

    This game used to be fun. Over the past 3-4 albums they’ve made it IMPOSSIBLE to get the album completed. i’ve even dropped a significant amount of money on this game and it’s still not possible. this game has gone so downhill. i’m actually deleting the game that once held so much of my time and attention. fix it or you’ll keep losing people.

    Even if you spend money and time good luck finishing any off the events. The I have been playing for a year and I have screenshots of the game cheating me on purpose to try and get me to spend more money.
