  • Very fun game, even ftp has a ton to do

    After being ripped off by other games that were pay to win, I started this. 3 months later, spent 40$ and still having a blast. I’m going slow, doing missions cause they are a lot of fun, mining, exploring. I understand when I get bigger, the pressure might be there to spend a lot on cool ships like the enterprise, but I will figure that out when I get there. Update now couple years in same server. Have spent avg of 100$ a week plus about another 2k extra per year during certain promotions. For this I save time getting ships, upgrades but I am still very behind compared to majority in this game. If you put in a lot of time you can be ftp. I love the people, stfc not toxic as other pay to play games. The BAD: game does have a lot of glitches. Very hard to get customer support! I’ve tried buying on website to get multiphasic credits and can not. So 15k spent and no multiphasic credits which really hurts growth. No cust support like other games.

  • Settings don’t stay for more than a few hours

    No matter how many or often you change settings for no sounds effects and music, the game resets that setting within a day or less.

  • Like the game but unfair

    People that dump money into your game should not be able to go after people that barely put money or don’t put money in at all it’s unfair to the people who work hard to earn stuff with out paying money and are also way weaker then the pay to win people it unfair if you dump money into this game the should be on a separate server with the pay to win peoples so others have a chance to have fun without the constant rebuilding I know buying is optional but still unfair when you have people dumping into the and other that don’t how is it fair

  • Beyond pay to win scam

    The game can be fun if you can find the right people to play with. And that’s a big if. You’ll eventually hit a wall where you have to pay to progress. Literally every item in the game store is 100$. This game is more of a scam and lie than a game.

    There has not been any performance improvement over the last two years. Same lag.... correction WORSE! You have to clear localization every 5 minutes, then restart the game. You know what works? The pack purchases... yep, they only care if you are willing to pay. When you bring it to their attention, they treat you like an idiot and don’t understand that there are fundamental issues with the performance of the game. Because of the lag, lag, and more lag... you can’t target, raid, and normal pvp functions....but you can mine. That is all you can do....mine I followed the process to request account deletion and was denied. Can you imagine that? You can’t get away from this game! Seriously, they don’t let you leave

    Beautiful artwork and fun story lines. The only issue is the game performance. You spend at least 75% of the time waiting for the screen to update and/or unfreeze, and then it crashes constantly. iOS and PC platforms both have the same problem. I have been playing this game for several years now and this issue has been a constant problem. If gameplay was more responsive then I would give more stars. Thanks

    I enjoyed the game until the unnecessary loading screens that seize the game up, taking up more time away from the actual game. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been booted in an hour let alone a day. Average is for every five minutes of play, I have 1-2 boots. Meh. Disappointed is an understatement, I want to opt oot of the loading screens completely.
