  • Pay to win

Past a certain point (level 20) you can be attacked by anyone. Forget to set a shield before you go to bed? Someone twice your level whom you have no chance to defend against will take all the resources you’ve collected taking weeks to recover from. The level 20+ game is completely unregulated meaning players who’ve paid for the biggest and baddest ships just roam around and have their way with everybody else. Don’t even try to think you can compete without dumping money in this game. I’ve never played a game with a bigger divide between those who pay extra into it vs players who don’t. The in game store having items that cost $99 should be warning enough.

I enjoy playing this game with my husband. We managed to get recruited by a nice alliance, and everyone is super easy to talk to. We strategize together, help each other out with tips/tricks, as well as him helping with raids. I have no complaints on this game sometimes glitches but it’s not bad enough to make me get even slightly annoyed. Overall great game and plan to continue to play it. Also, you don’t have to “pay to win” yes you can if you want but really if you find a good alliance you’ll never need to. If you feel you need to then you’re in the wrong one and need to look elsewhere.

People have way to much time on their hands. These games are a wast of life. They are slowly destroying the human race. Please stop! Get a life for god sake.

  • Scopely games are trash

I have deleted all the scopely games I had. They could care less about how bad their games run and are more concerned about keeping their cash flow steady. If you play their games don’t spend any money on them as you will regret it later.
  • Wildly unbalanced and money grab oriented

Game is wildly unbalanced favoring one or two alliances that controll game progress. New release perfectly illustrates its deep flaws. Progress is naked cash oriented otherwise starting at $99.99. Stay away.
  • Game unplayable, don’t get all items with purchase

The servers seem to be completely abandoned as ours has been unplayable for over a week with no response or recourse from Scopely. Warp, mining, PvE is all impacted. The UI delay leads to your ship being destroyed by a hostile or player because you had no control over it. You spend resources and time on repair that Scopely will never refund. If an event is to destroy 100 hostiles, you may not be able to finish it because it may be a) impossible to target the hostile b) If you can target the animation doesn’t stop for minutes c) Your ship is declared in either an “Invalid State” or “Invalid Location” It may also take 3 minutes for your ship to dock. Your ship may be stuck in warp or in 2 places at once. The node your trying to mine will say your ship is still mining even though you have moved your ship off the empty node. If you purchase a pack you may not receive all the items and they won’t do anything about it. Scopely is providing no service or fix.
