    I used to love yoga class in a studio but then life happened and it’s just so convenient to fire up your app, put in my ear buds and feel just like I’m really there. Only thing missing is the incense!

    I can adjust practice type, intensity, level, and duration. They fixed the voices so I can understand the instructor once more. (For a while there everyone had an affected British accent.) I have hearing loss so this was very helpful. I’m working on the May challenge. As a teacher, returning to a lower stress level is imperative for summer rest. This app does that for me on a dime. I still hit the gym, but it’s loud and competitive. This is my time. Even the cats are learning to allow peace. Thanks for this app. And thanks for all of your support through COVID teaching. ❤️. Love you guys!

    I’ve been using this app off and on for at least 8 years. And I am impressed by the flexibility of making each workout customized to what you want/need in the moment. Want something that opens up your shoulders? Sure! Want something that’s only 10 minutes long? You got it! Definitely give this app a try. It’s worth every penny and way more affordable than some of its competitors.

    Just about everything I like about this app stems from its configurability — you can choose exactly what sort of session you’re getting, from difficulty and length to what collection of poses it uses and what areas it will focus on, and you can adjust the narration voice to suit your preferences. Generally I really appreciate how I can set it to a length and difficulty level that work for how much time I have for it, so I can make a little time in my day without needing the commitment of a full session of half an hour or an hour, and I can adjust the difficulty so that coming back after a long break is no fuss at all. I recommend it regularly to anyone who wants to work on their mobility and flexibility and body awareness and doesn’t need yet another time commitment to add to their week.
