The app doesn’t work as intended AT ALL, and customer support literally doesn’t exist. This is not hyperbole. There’s not a way to contact customer support. For example, I added funding to the account. Tried to run ads from my FUNDED account. They kept trying to charge my credit card to run the ads instead of using funding. Tried to reach out to support. They kept telling me how to verify my credit card so they could charge my card instead of using funding. Verified 5+ times and they kept trying to reverify. Total clown show.

Ada not loading I’m so frustrated with this game

My account had unknown videos and websites ads running, checked my account history and logs and browser history nobody touched it , it was running an $10000 daily limit ad, got an almost $3000 balance in a day nobody can help! Meta support are all in India, they don’t know what to do or solve it but ask you to send a message to Meta , they will respond with email say the charges were valid can’t not refund! This is totally fraud!

Nothing has worked for three days now. No buttons do anything. I can’t adjust budgets. I can’t even see results. Reported in app SEVERAL times.

I’ve been trying to see and contact someone since 2018 for one violation that got me blocked from running ads or making money. This task is not worth the time since it’s impossible to get a hold of someone.

I can't boost and setting my posts(Live sale posts) in time setting(specially hours). Why? It is not ok for us. Now i boost my posts in day(1day ,2 day). I dont like that.

No. Why can’t Meta keep everything simple?

It doesnt even reflect the same info i get on the desktop web browser. This app is worthless
