Muchos cambios y poca preparación a los que usamos esto para nuestro negocio, he tenido demasiada pérdida de dinero, gastos publicitarios sin resultados, ojalá sacaran otra plataforma…

You would think that a company with the size and budget of meta would be able to design an app that is stable and usable. Or actually maybe you wouldn’t. Maybe you would expect a slow and buggy app paired with the worst support you have ever seen. Everything is extremely counter intuitive. Meta/facebook makes their money from ads, so how is their ad platform this bad? Do they not want more money? The truth is as long as they keep being the only major ad platform they have no competition to face, and when you have no competition you have no reason to ever improve. Which is why it is unsurprising that this app is literally unusable at times (and i’m not exaggerating).

I would have expected from Meta better service and support but I was surprised by the extreme lack of support and the most incompetent team ever , not only they waste your time with endless chat and even call but your problem remains unresolved ; no wonder other apps are winning over Meta/instagram, they should title their department “the no care no support team”, extremely disappointing and frustrating

Why is it so terribly complicated to add more money to promote a used car I am selling. I got a lot of views, but It didn’t work out. Let’s promote again, but horribly difficult to navigate spending $20 on another week of promotion
