I made a purchase online and suddenly this app nicked credit card information from purchases outside of this app -without my permission and has it stored in itself. I'm pretty mad. As for the oculus 2 I got new for my birthday, It worked for a few months and I sent requests after requests and never got an answer. It was gently used and doesn't make sense. Now it's out of warranty and this app hasnt even been used in a year and suddenly it nicks credit card info. How is it even activating itself.

Scammed me it logged me into the wrong account then I accidentally spent 33 dollars there then refunded it for points but there gifting system is broken so I can gift my account the game I wanted it’s been an hour and I’m still frustrated I don’t have my money or my game

I entered my email trying to setup up the vr and I haven’t gotten a confirmation code in my email inbox. I’ve deleted the app at a MINIMUM of 10 other times trying different email accounts and I haven’t gotten a confirmation code. I will literally pay somebody 20 dollars to get this confirmation code working. PLEASE!!! I’m not even religious but I might start praying to god in hopes that this crappy app starts working. It’s not an issue of lacking intellect as I have an IQ of 138. I have never had problems like this with any other app. It’s really making me contemplate finding Zark Muckerberg in person, atleast that would be far easier than attempting to receive a SIMPLE confirmation code that should EASILY go through on the FIRST time. To get support with trying to fix my problem of not receiving a confirmation code I have to receive a confirmation code in order to speak with somebody about not receiving a confirmation code!!!!!!!! I’m going to lose it.

First off make it so more than the quest owner can sync the headset to their device. Two make more games playable on mobile pls, I was hoping to be able to play gorrila tag on mobile but they canceled the app making. Thanks!

It’s a good app but I can’t call my friends anymore it started on today

If you lose your headset, you can text friends with your phone and you give it to if you give it to someone you can see what they are doing by casting.

For some reason it won’t let’s me log in or download videos
