Meta Viewpoints

I've been part of this program for a while and never encountered issues until recently. In the last six months, I haven't received any payments. When I requested the Tremendous visa card, Viewpoints declined all my submissions. I've contacted Viewpoints multiple times, providing screenshots. My latest response was that there's nothing they can do and that they're sorry for the inconvenience.

I have had this app for years. I have cashed out over $100 over the years I’ve had the app. I’ve had the app on and off for at least 4 years at this point. Cash outs arrive very quickly same day - usually same hour - less than 15 mins to my PayPal account! I like the screen program as it is consistent - a new task for the program every 3 days, so a minimum of $5 can be earned during a two-week period. Occasionally, I am offered a program where I am to answer short, survey type-questions, or voice record sentences/messages provided by Meta. (It seems like it’s used to train parts of their AI, and these programs occur about once every 3 months). An individual program seperate from the Screen Time/App program once per month would be preferred, or two programs a month would be optimal. The more the better! I love providing feedback to apps/websites/products/services I use, and earning a little bit of money to do so is even better! Anyways, I would recommend this app to anyone interested in earning some money from Meta, or anyone interested in providing some insight to a social media company it seems like the entire world is part of.

I had to delete the app and redownload it. Now I’m having trouble signing in because there is no option to login my email. I signed up for the program several years ago with an email (I still have the welcome email.) It has no association with a Facebook, Google, or Apple account. So I’m locked out. I don’t know if there has been a change or a lack of update since the introduction of Meta. I STILL get notifications emails for tasks but I CANNOT get to it. I’ve emailed contact support and have heard nothing back. Creating another account has been empty of tasks so far. The email account is the only one that is active. Please FIX this.

It’s amazing of the free things I have gotten from using my points. It takes less than two minutes to complete my surveys. I love it.

I have been on here since before the rebrand but now no matter how many program emails I get I cannot join. I’ve tried emailing support several times and get no response

Facebook Viewpoints pays — I’ve gotten paid multiple times! 💸 Just don’t try emailing customer service… unless you like sending messages into a black hole. 😅

This is definitely not the Meta glasses/set up medicine seems to keep continually changing which app or where you set up your Meta glasses and this was really irritating and a waste of my time
