Love this game. Whenever I am bored like at an airport, I always fire this up. Simple enjoyment. I cannot describe why.

I’ve been trying to get it fixed for a long time now. My capacity for water, waste , and power is all higher than the demand. But still everyone in the city is mad ? No fix no support help or anything. Absolute trash and me and my son put money in this game.

This game is slowly going downhill. Hackers dominate club wars, and EA keeps upping charges.
  • Started Great…

Loved the game, but their latest update thew a huge curveball leading to major expenses. Deleted the game after almost a year of playing and not going back. Shouldn’t make huge disrupting changes like that when people spend hours on it. Small updates… no problem, we deal with them, but this services update was so incredibly unnecessary and a time waster with zero benefits for players. So sad to see a miscalculated error like this. It won’t affect new players, just those who already built up huge cities.
  • Great Concept, Poor Planning Tools.

SimCity BuildIt has great graphics and a solid concept, but the overall experience is not beginner-friendly. As players level up, the game introduces more and more mandatory services, yet provides little guidance on city planning and no tools to reorganize the city, which often leaves players running out of space and feeling frustrated—especially on the mobile version.
  • Update makes game unplayable

Apparently they had a recent update that multiple people including myself have flagged as causing a major bug that makes the game unplayable. It tells you your services are low and makes you unable to make progress when your capacity is WELL higher than the demand. Multiple people have reached out to customer service and tech but it looks like no one has gotten a response. I’ve tried troubleshooting and nothing will fix it. This old of a game and this big of a company should not be so careless and sloppy as to make an update that breaks the game, although I don’t know what I expected from EA. Save your time and sanity and skip on this game

Cheating seems to be getting better, but it still exists. Need to show how many items player has in inventory before they have to decide to purchase. You need to bring the gold coins back to the premium Mayor’s pass; the 13 count. please give war rewards for medals. even if it’s only 500 more coins per medal. Why have medals if you don’t reward the players who get them. players might be more competitive if they get something for their effort. What happens to the war coins in the mayors pass? That is the only reason I buy the premium pass.

Looks great so far but the people need to be tax every 30 days to gain city revenue as well. All the people do is complain and leave when they do not like it where they live.

Been playing for 7 or 8 years now. There have been several additions/changes to the game that have been a little asinine (the entirety of the Contest of Mayor’s changes have made it not-fun to compete in) but the new upgradable city services rollout is bs. I have to spend a bunch of currency to upgrade something we already had to spend on because the city has to have complete coverage. The complimentary buildings help but they don’t cover the needs without redesigning city layout which is not happening after this long. Existing services should have been automatically converted with no deficiencies in coverage and the upgrading only apply to future builds. One star until we get a good change that makes it fun again.
  • Game glitching and taking purchases without give you the result.

Game is barely playable. You up capacity more than demand and it changes nothing. I paid money and that was such a dumb move because all the money spent glitched and disappeared.
