    Great concept, terrible execution. Almost every aspect of the game has several microtransactions attached to it. Between that and a recent system implemented that penalizes you for having less upgrades than your opponent, it is clearer now more than ever that Capital Games does not respect you or your time. You are far better off waiting for another company to pick up the Star Wars IP and making their own, better game with less aggressive monetization.

    New character release system is a lame cash grab, but I get it, every company wants money. New Asajj is broken at level 55 and doesn’t get retribution. Makes an unfun system harder. Fix your game

    This game used to be fun. Now it’s just about money money money without actually improving gameplay or player satisfaction and experience. This game is soulless corporate greed in full display in the form of a phone app game. The money you spend on it isn’t even worth it, as most of it either becomes free for everyone several months or years later or is you essentially paying for mediocre prizes that aren’t worth the time, effort, or money spent on them. Gameplay has gotten increasingly stale, rote, buggy, bland, and lousy, and tends to show extreme favoritism to the wallet warriors who spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars a week to get the next latest and greatest thing that ultimately ends up being a total waste of time and money. Even the wallet warriors are getting increasingly sick of this game. It’s not fun. It IS admittedly addictive, but not in a good way. This game has a TON of issues in terms of balancing, gameplay, bugs, player matchups, game mechanics, and customer satisfaction. Most issues people complain about are either ignored or made worse, with some issues having persisted for years without ever being addressed. Winning heavily depends on how much money you spend on it, how often a day you spend on it, and RNG. I swear this game cheats sometimes, and that some of the players are actually bots. To crown it all, I haven’t even scraped the surface of all the problems this game has. I could write a while essay or even a book about all the problems this game has (but for the sake of space for this review, I won’t include everything here). Corporate greed destroyed this game. I keep asking myself why I even bother to keep playing it sometimes. Easily the worst Star Wars game made by EA (if not the worst Star Wars game ever). You’re better off playing Jedi: Fallen Order than this mess.

    This game is amazing and it has three story modes and with other stuff like a lot of stuff, but what I would say is to buy something to help you in the game.

    If you wanted to buy you could and what I liked no real ads. The downside is the same thing everyday or every so often just to try to get a few extra pieces to make your character better. Getting new characters used to be fun for those of us who’ve been around for years, but there’s no reason anymore unless you pay or do the Coliseum which is geared towards paying players. Sorry I’ve never played and had fun trying to get the special characters through the hard way using the guild. It’s just no fun anymore.
