I have Pokémon friends on my switch, and I love doing the puzzles. it’s definitely great. all the puzzles are pretty good. People say that it’s bad, because you have to pay to do unlimited, but hey, the puzzles are enjoyable. Anyways, great game! I’m not a bot lol

I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so. I download EVERY new Nintendo app. This is by far the worst one. The puzzles are cute and the concept is there, but they really really want you to pay to play. They limit you to about 4 minutes of free gameplay per day. It’s pretty useless. I think this one is going to flop really badly for them because of how restrictive it is.

Edit: I have now purchased all versions and can provide more insight. This mobile version of the game is basically a free trial—you can play once or twice a day, and kind of get a grip for how it feels, you can see if you like it or not. The Basic Pass/Switch Edition is, well, a basic version of the game with way more plushes, unlimited plays, and different types of yarn to make new Pokemon plush friends with. It’s ten dollars which I think is very worth it for the base game. Overall, I’d recommend this game—it’s very safe, comforting, and family friendly, and the puzzles go from easy to slightly more challenging the better you get—I believe there are 10 mini game ranks, each one harder than the last. However if you were to purchase the Basic Pass or anything else, I’d recommend doing it on the switch personally. Other DLC is a bit pricey to justify buying it and I wish there were more rooms for the price of it. However I’ve had fun with this and find it worth it which is just my 2 cents.

When I first laid my eyes on this game, considering the nature of all mobile games nowadays, I surely wasn’t expecting even a bit of fun. When I tried it, though, it was actually acceptable—shockingly enough. Then, I look up what Pokémon are available, and lo and behold, Jirachi is there—but only in a purchasable pack. I give up. Micro transactions have become a nessecity around the globe, and will be forever. It is here where I resign in my foolish attempts to stop this. This is the final straw. Look at those reviews. They prove this game stinks worse than a Skuntank eating a Kasib Berry bonanza. Seriously. Locking Jirachi and Garchomp behind a paywall is worse than committing all seven deadly sins and worshipping Satan for the rest of your life, then getting stabbed by a Hydreigon’s Throat Chop. I could vent my frustration on this horrendous game all day, all week, and all year, but I’ll save yourself—and myself—for now. I’ll say it again and again, like a Donphan using Rollout. This game needs to hang on a hook as it dangles over a Charizard waiting impatiently to use Blast Burn. I hate this game so much, it makes Darkrai ex look heroic. Please, for the love of Minccino, who is superior to the fake god that is Bidoof, do not buy anything in this game. If you do, Gamefreakxwill still have the incentive to breed monstrosities like this…
  • Insufficient Rooms and/or Room Size

There is not enough display area in the rooms to place one of every plush by a long shot, especially if you're organizing by type or natural habitat. The only reward for progress is expanding your plushie collection, so this is a huge problem. There's a catalog, but that's not the same thing as a display area. Honestly, there should be one room for every type at least, and you should not have arbitrary constraints on plush placement, let me fill the rooms from floor to ceiling. Cull some polygons or stop the live physics simulation, whatever is required to let me actually collect the only rewards... Additionally, the controls on some puzzles (particularly quagsire/slowpoke) are so egregiously poor that you'll waste half your time going back and correcting mistakes the program makes...
  • I really love this game but one problem

So yesterday, my dad got me the basic pack so I can make and do puzzles whatever I want but one problem you see once you unlock the town person or whatever he calls you get a person who requests for like a certain plushy and I did them all and a one cannot pop up and I wait for a few days and still known pop up. Can you please fix this error?

Not a free app. They give you a limited number of puzzles that you can play a day in a limited number of types of Pokémon that can be created. Everything else, including new Pokémon new types of yarn, and the ability to play more than three puzzle sets a day are all locked behind pay walls. This is a bait and switch app. You can download it for free and play a few things for free on a limited schedule a day, but to use the full app you have to pay. At least there’s no ads.

The game has a great idea, do little puzzles to get pokemon plushies. The problem is you get 3 puzzles a day unless you pay. You have to PAY to just do little puzzles. So unless you want to pay $10 to do these puzzles I probably wouldn’t waste your time. I looked back at the pack options and it should honestly be a crime to charge $33 for extra puzzle types and extra plush options! $33! That is absolutely insane

Not even 3 year old kids get a kick out of this.
