  • Good system, think a few things could be tweaked

First off I have found myself keeping better track of my sleep since I started using this app. I work night shift, and the weird schedule makes things harder. But this app helped me get back on track. There are a few things I would change though. (1: the options for sleep music/white noise aren’t the best. I previously would use the Nintendo music app or another music service to stream soft, quiet music. But the sleep tracker won’t let me play outside music while it’s running. My suggestion would be at least make the sleep app compatible with Nintendo Music, considering they’re both Nintendo platforms. (2: it seems a bit odd that there doesn’t seem to be a dark mode option. If I’m about to wind down it would be easier to get to sleep faster if the last thing in my face wasn’t blasting white at me. Aside from those two suggestions I think items a very useful and enjoyable app.
  • Sleep didn’t get tracked

I went to bed but my phone fell off my bed which made it not track 3 hours of my sleep, other than that, I love the app.

There really isn’t much to do. Very hard to advance in the late game. Hard to ftp.

I started playing this game shortly after release. While it was initially fun, it quickly became not just a chore, but an unsatisfying one. Took quite a while to put my finger on why. Pros: - cute way to help promote sleeping on time - can be played fine for free - surprising amount of detail and content for such a simple game - frequent updates - bug fixes, new content, etc Cons: - gameplay very poorly optimized: loading is slow (not due to the phone), lots of animations that are initially cool, but unskippable eating up a lot of time when you do daily tasks, tons of bugs, game takes a lot of data. - unsatisfying: if you are anything but the most casual gamer, the game is not just unsatisfying, but frustrating. The amount of luck needed to get a Pokémon with “good” qualities is about the same as any Pokémon game, but you encounter 1 or 2 a week. You can’t invest in non useful Pokémon because it takes a year to get enough resources to max an uncommon Pokémon out (note the levels are capped at 65 right now, so it will take ever longer to max in the future). -lack of balance: the usefulness of a “good” Pokémon and a “bad” one isn’t even close. On the order of 6x more useful for one over the other. Your favorite Pokémon sucks? Too bad, there’s no way to make it remotely useable -rng feels bad: every game with rng, you have moments when you’re lucky and feel great, and moments you’re unlucky and don’t. You don’t feel good with most lucky moments, and only feel bad with the unlucky here. Additionally, getting truly lucky needs lottery levels of luck. The rare occasion you get a shiny Pokémon is usually ruined by the fact that its abilities are terrible, with no way to change it. The rare chance you get a legendary is ruined by the same thing. You finally get something usable and invest in it, only to get something better later and will have to take a year to build that instead. The game is so casual it doesn’t actually even feel good to “do well.” Unless you’re extremely casual, or don’t mind dropping tons of money, I’d recommend skipping this. There are better sleep apps, and better Pokémon games.
