Description

Team up and take down the opposition in Pokémon’s first 5-on-5 strategic team battle game! Join Trainers from around the world as they head for Aeos Island to compete in Unite Battles! In Unite Battles, Trainers face off in 5-on-5 team battles to see who can score the most points within the allotted time. Teamwork is key as you and your teammates defeat wild Pokémon, level up, evolve your own Pokémon, and work to prevent the opposing team from scoring points. Put your teamwork to the test, and take home the win! Key Features: • BATTLE IN STYLE: Take to the field while looking your best in Holowear! Thanks to a special technology developed using Aeos energy, Trainers can deck out their Pokémon in a variety of holographic outfits—with new styles arriving regularly! • UNITE MOVES: Unleash the true power of your Pokémon with Unite Moves! Leverage these all-new Pokémon moves, which are only possible while in Unite Battles, and turn the tide of even the direst situations. • RANK UP: Looking to prove how skilled you are? Participate in ranked matches, and earn points as you climb up the global leaderboard! • COMMUNICATION IS KEY: Even the most-skilled Trainers recognize how important communication is to their team’s success. Leverage signals, quick-chat messages, and—for the first time in a Pokémon title—voice chat to communicate and stay in sync with your team. • CROSS-PLATFORM PLAY: Challenge Trainers from around the world to Unite Battles on the Nintendo Switch™ system or on a compatible mobile device thanks to cross-platform support. Trainers may use their Pokémon Trainer Club account or Nintendo Account on both Nintendo Switch and mobile to easily keep their progress synced between devices. All the time I have played this is that you just have to be good but the thing is it doesn’t even matter because 1 game you get players who all are bad and than the next you get pokemon masters and the thing is the emblems don’t even matter either and trust me I have been playing this game for so long and each time I always have a losing streak or just a 1 win streak because it matters who you play with so the fun of the game is taking it out for me please change some things or even add things because I love pokemon but if this keeps on going on than I will be very disappointed.

  • Bot games ruin the game

Ranked or not. You will find yourself in a bot game where it’s obvious my team is debugged and their team ai is much smarter. It’s obvious it’s bot games because they don’t move around properly. They use moves where it doesn’t make sense. In a ranked game, there should be no bots. At least make the bots better. I quit playing because my bot team was clearly being dumber than the others team. Update: bots are even worse. The other team hunts in packs. My team solo and spazzes around. Awful bot experience in casual.
  • Horrible match making

This game has so much promise, but despite coordinating with 3 people, it takes 5 people working together to win a match. I don’t think we’re horrible players, but this game just makes us not want to play. I’ve quit once, i think i made a mistake returning.
  • Lots of bots

No surprise that there’s not much a player base. Be prepared to play with bots most of your games.
  • Add controller support …

Personally like to play and have reached ultra in ranked , but can’t play while using my backbone one controller . Coming from playing on a switch previously I know it can’t be too difficult , only being able to use the screen is a major deterrent . Controller compatibility could be a game changer , quite literally .
  • A SCAM AND CASH GRAB

Never playing this game again. I’ve gotten multiple unite licenses and then taken a break from the game. A week later I came back and, licenses? GONE. Matchmaking? “BEST” PLAYERS IN THE GAME. This money is just a cash grab. I have gotten banned for winning. I got handed a one-week suspension for sweeping the other team. Your licenses can be retrieved, IF you shell out cash. But it also has to be within a couple of days or you can’t do anything about it. This is most likely taking advantage of little kiddos who don’t know better. This a disgrace to the Pokémon series
  • bots in ULTRA rank

giving me (actual AI teammates) bot teammates on a MOBA game is braindead stupid. this isn’t call of duty where the AI’s difficulty is determined by minimalistic things such as reaction speed and rng of bullets actually landing. you guys threw the most basic program into these without a second thoufht and don’t you guys dare think otherwise I have recorded footage of you guys fumbling the AI’s sense of direction as they keep walking back and forth over the jump pad. not only that you guys gave the bots aimbot where they could lock on within a millisecond of detection in some specific abilities vs when the original move needs to be aimed first (actually dragging your finger towards where you aim). I haven’t even touched as to why having bots in a MOBA game is stupid in the first place. the cherry on top is that the balancing in bot matches (ranked matchmaking that matched me with a whole lobby full of bots) is that they make the other bot team a whole level of “difficulty” higher than your team of bots so you could be the turning point it’s stupid. what if I had chosen comfey? slow bro? Pokémon’s that do no damage except rely on others with their CC? do yall remember it’s a MOBA game and not some hack and slash choose-the-best-meta game. bro the minimum yall can do is fix the AI sense of direction I had my whole team stuck tryna jump pad during the rayquaza endgame (ps the whole enemy bot team was attacking rayquaze while my victory was taken by the immense stupidity that is “bot make game good you like cuz it populated.” all and all the games a good MOBA game if you’re looking for more action instead of slow paced strategy. lord knows this game lacks it
  • Amazing Game! Just this ONE problem.

I’ve played this game before, and it is INSANELY FUN! It’s just that when I logged into my old account I wanted to put on my clothes in my closet but it still said “downloading data” Same thing goes for my Pokémon’s costumes.
