    Spent money getting the main game and followed the QR code to this app but didn't work tried following all the troubleshooting I could find online but nothing worked very upsetting and a waste of time

    I bought this game for the Nintendo Switch to play with my boyfriend. We wanted to play the local party and got this app to play together. When we went to enter the code, it said “code does not exist.” We tried multiple different codes all with the same message. Buying the game was so pointless because we only got it to play together and since the app does not work, we can’t do that.

    We love this game! Bought it a while ago on our Nintendo switch. We use to play it all the time on family game nights. Now, for some reason it won’t work. You log in and it gives you a game code. We enter it and it just says “game not found”. We spent a lot of money on the game between purchasing the game itself and then purchasing all of the other location packs. To not be able to play it, really sucks! We have tried everything from updating our Nintendo, to updating the Companion app, to deleting the game and reinstalling it…nothing will work! I’ve did some research and seen that we aren’t the only ones having this issue. Can someone please explain why we cannot use this game, and the extra packs, that we paid for? If not, I’d really like my money back!!! Don’t waste your money on this game if you’re thinking of buying! At least not until they fix the issues!

    I bought clue on my Nintendo switch and found out I had to use this app to play with friends. The app does not link up to my switch and states that the game isn’t available. Very disappointing because I bought clue to play with my friends and now we can’t play the game together. We all connected to WiFi and still did not work. If I could give no stars, I would.

    App doesn’t work like it states. Keeps saying game does not exist when attempting to link to our Nintendo switch game. Very disappointing, but seems like everyone else is having the same issues. You’d think with so many similar issues they’d fix it.

    I was really excited to use this app so I could play with my friends using my Switch, but it says “This game does not exist” every time I try to curate a game! I wish this could get fixed :(
