    Love this app. The workouts are easy to follow but actually work. I really like the focus on breathing and pelvic floor instead of just endless crunches. I feel stronger, more stable, and not sore in my back or neck after. Great for all levels and something I actually stick with.

    After my babies my body had never felt the same until I found this app. I am stronger and in better shape than I was six years ago before I had my 3 kids. But most importantly I feel great and my posture is better, no more forward head posture. I had diastasis recti and bladder leakage before this app. Their Pelvic Floor & Core Recovery Program closed that gap and my bladder leakage went away quickly! And now I understand why all of those Kegels never helped. All moms need this app!

    I only discovered how important these exercises are for women. My docktr was always talking about it but I never tried it till recently. Wow what a difference it made. This app is not only user friendly, the exercises actually work. Thank you Courtney.

    I did the 90 day challenge using the iCORE app and the app was super user friendly. I loved how easy it was to access the videos. The program itself was great. It made a difference especially after having two kids. I felt like I needed to do something and this came at the right time.

    I am thrilled to have been part of founder, Courtney Virden’s, first challenge! I found ICORE Method and Courtney through my favorite influencer and Fascia expert, Ashley Black! Courtney and Ashley teamed up for a Pelvic Floor Challenge. I subscribed for the All Access with admission for all 2024 challenges! I learned so much from the videos and weekly lives and I love the exercises so much. 🥰

    I have been doing the 90 Day Pelvic Floor Challenge! It’s excellent! In 15 minutes a day, I have eliminated my low back pain (from Day 1). I have improved the stability of my spine and hips and my constant hip pain is almost completely gone! Courtney is an excellent teacher! We are at Day 75 and I am so much stronger than when I started this challenge. Thank you Courtney!

    I’ve been doing these exercises for a little under two months and I’ve noticed a huge change in back and hip pain. Have so much more stability in my hips. Absolutely love love love these exercises. Also notice a positive change in intensity ipelvic floor. Would recommend these exercises for anyone that wants to fix lower back or hip pain strengthen and core want improvement and bladder control or improvement in intensity of orgasms.

    As an aging female, I’m beyond grateful to have found ICORE Method! This app is extremely user friendly and filled with a variety of exercises specifically designed to strengthen the pelvic floor. Courtney’s knowledge and expertise delivers! I’m grateful I no longer have bathroom urgency issues or lower back pain! My pelvic floor health continues to improve in ALL areas :) I recently purchased The All Access portion of the app. I’m super excited about additional content on making healthy living choices, anti-inflammatory foods, recipes, and even more exercises. I’m looking forward to learning how to use a BOSU ball and Slant board to increase my fitness level. Thank you ICORE Method!!

    As someone who believes strongly in the power of a healthy pelvic floor, I’m always looking for the best, most efficient exercises - bonus if it’s something I can do from home barefoot. These exercises work with the body’s natural movements retraining the pelvic floor to respond and react as it would naturally, without any of the forced kegels, which can lead to overtightened hypertonic pelvic floor. I highly recommend this for avid strength trainers because the exercises are such a great compliment to the hard work in the gym. If your goals are to improve diastasis recti, reduce leakage, improve s3xual experience, or just preventative health, this app has you covered.

    This is a great program to learn more about your pelvic floor and all the issues you can have. Courtney’s knowledge and workouts are designed to help you focus and heal the pelvic floor. I have less back pain and bladder leakage when coughing/sneezing is so much better. The beginner workouts are still my favorite. The intermediate workouts are more challenging and I have worked my way to be able to do some of them. Great program for all women!
