I knew nothing about acid reflex when i realized that i had been experiencing symptoms for months. I found this app and through the mindful eating and meditations and nutrition advice, I am significantly reducing my symptoms. Chewing thoroughly and eating balanced meals and reducing stress has been a game changer for me. Thanks Molly for this wonderful resource - this app is well worth the price! And you can probably get your HSA to pay for it if you are going to keep it for a while.

I have been working with my health care provider for a little over a year to slowly wean off of my PPI. I saw a video you posted a few years ago about getting off of your PPI. Your new flora app providing a wealth of resources has been really advantageous. I find your new Sequoia soothe, refuxraft, recipe suggestions along with asking my health provider to provide 10 mg of Prilosec has been really helpful. Additional helpful practices are yoga, diaphragmatic breathing… Currently, I’m taking a breathing 101 Class, I have been writing in a gratitude Journal for over 30 years. The additional practice that I’m using is to close my eyes and put my hands on my heart Say the gratitude aloud and then write In my journal. In addition, I’m trying to have mindful eating sessions. I start the session with five breaths, pray, chew to applesauce level, and put my fork down!
I’ve been suffering with nighttime Gerd for about 20 years. It all started after the birth of my third child.
I knew I needed to heal my gut. I have tried multiple things and the combination of things that you’ve suggested along with my healthcare provider have been really key. I’ve learned you need to find the root clause. That is the first thing my provider had said. For I have attempted to wean off two or three other times prior and was successful for about a year and then had a really bad rebound affect each time.
I appreciate your passion and sharing your knowledge with those of us that have been suffering from various Digestive issues!
Keep up the great work! Your work is precious to those of us that have suffered the same disease You experienced!
The app works!

I started having some acid reflux/ibs symptoms back around Feb/March 2025. And a casual scroll down the TikTok rabbit hole led me to Molly’s TikTok account. She made some good points in her videos about gut health, etc. So I was like let’s give her app a go- the recipes, tips/tricks on the app worked. Haven’t had a flare up in a good two months now and I really do credit Molly and her program!

The Flora app has so much information to help me locate my triggers and begin to heal. Stress is one of my biggest triggers and Molly’s soothing and encouraging voice in her de-stress videos are very helpful. The recipes look delicious and I look forward to trying many of them. I have made one so far and it was great. Her resources, including what supplements and foods to buy, helped me immensely on my 11 day vacation when I was really worried about what to eat. Highly recommended this app. It has helped me realize I don’t need a PPI.

The FLORA app is amazing, I feel like this is just what I needed. I’ve read so much about LPR online that was very conflicting, I didn’t know what to believe. I really trust Mollie and her team of experts because I’ve seen real relief. It was good to know that you can have a bad day and still be recovering. I now have the tools and hope that soon I will be able to add more foods to my diet. I never would have thought hypnotherapy would make a difference but I’ve seen so much change just listening to this over and over. Thank you Mollie for all you and your team do.
An expensive glorified website

We live in an age where everyone is trying to make a buck, and we have now reached levels of parody.
In this case, the person behind Flora chose to put all recipes and videos in the most expensive app ever. The recipes and videos could be for free on a website an YouTube (and she could still make a lot of money by consulting) but they are behind a payroll in this app that costs $180 a year or $22 a month.
Instead, the recipes and videos available for free on our website and YouTube are limited so you have to pay 1% level of money to access the rest.
I’m not sure if the other reviews are real, but personally, I would not trust my health with somebody who is so obsessed about money to create one of the most expensive subscriptions of all the App Store, and it is just a website!!!
One last advice, in your health, let yourself be guided by people who are generous and well-meaning instead of stingy and greedy.
Amazing!

I tried Molly’s 8 week reflux program and got a year subscription to the Flora app along with that. The Flora app has been essential in my reflux journey. For me personally I have had to work really hard to change my mindset around reflux and the app has multiple guided meditations and yoga videos that have helped me to reset my nervous and get out of fight or flight mode. Only after this have I started to finally make some progress with controlling my reflux and LPR symptoms. There is also a ton of helpful informative videos with accurate information. Molly has done all of the research for you. There is no more second guessing with all of the conflicting info out there. There are also a ton of recipes and meal plans that are reflux friendly and actually taste good. This app has been a God send for me, and I am forever grateful, because I actually have hope for the future now!!

This app and Molly have really helped me on my journey. There is so much useful information on this app that it sometimes seems overwhelming. Just like food, it’s helpful to digest small portions at a time and not try to learn everything the first week. It’s well worth the cost and loaded with recipes, exercises, videos, relaxation techniques - all really helpful for getting you healthier.

I’ve had reflux, or LPR, for two years, on the tail end of a nasty virus. Recently developed what seems like SIBO. Have been on PPI’s for over two years.
For a while it’s felt pretty hopeless to overcome this. There are times where it’s less bad, but my health and flairs are the central theme of my days. It impacts all my decisions and doctors have treated me like I am dramatic for not wanting to live with a swollen esophagus and should just get used to being on medication forever. Two doctors said to me “the why doesn’t matter just that we get it under control, we don’t need to dig into what’s causing this.”
Molly’s channel on YT led me to Flora. It’s the first place I’ve felt hope that this is changeable in a long time. Even just hearing the testimonials, from people and Molly herself, is game changing. Hearing someone say “here’s what doctors told me, my endoscopy told me, what my medical community told me” and to hear my experience so clearly.
This app is such a good landing spot for those suffering with reflux. I can’t wait for her to build even more content out too, especially with her team. I think if her team did additional Q&A’s or discussed their background, I’d likely book with them as they’re more within my price range for 1 on 1 care.
Also - the recipes are SO good. The meal plans are incredibly easy to prep for the week and have been totally filling.
I’ve loved watching Molly’s videos they’re technical and thorough, and she talks to us like we’re intelligent; like she knows we’ve already done our research and have been looped into the lingo in this field (though some terms I’ve learned too). It’s been amazing the easy tips, the technical knowledge, the DIRECT insight.
Thank you Molly and the Flora team for creating a space of hope!!

Although I have been meditating for over 30 years, I still use the stress relief guidance on Flora. They are short, doable resets to augment the need for a calm, relaxed environment when eating. The recipes are delicious and even my husband enjoys them. I’m enjoying foods that do not irritate my GERD/LPR. Win-win for me.
